"I absolutely LOVE all the staff! Our baby had passed away late this summer, everyone was and still is so comforting and understanding. They are absolutely amazing with my toddler who has some speech delays. We are always updated through the family app with snacks, activities, pictures and potty times. We can even pop into the classroom on a live feed to check in on the kids. Love, love, love Tutor Time in Walled Lake. I definitely feel my kids are safe and well taken care of when I can't be there to do it."

We are excited to be able to enter the facility and interact with their teachers more once it is safe to do so. They do their best to communicate through the app or if they happen to be around at drop off or pickup but we don't get the level of communication we had pre-pandemic without being able to go into our children's classrooms on a daily basis for drop off and pickup"

"I absolutely love the school and infant teacher Ms. Andrea Pipa does an amazing job. She is so tentative to all her babies, very timely with all feedings, and diaper changes. Sends so many awesome pictures and videos. She does so many unique activities with the infants. She encourages learning and development. The infants love her and she loves the infants. Even when she is feeding one infant she is always watching and interacting with other babies by putting them in their seats and having them close by or rocking their chair with her foot. She always gets down on their level and plays. She is all around everything I could have ever asked for in an infant teacher "

"Curiculum is great at this school. However, the safety is a concern. The staffing ratios are not safe. There are extra fees for diapers, music class, and other activities that increase the weekly tuition rate. The good aspect is that the hours accommodate late work hours."

"The school director and assistant do not demonstrate customer service. There is no hello or how are you. There is no goodbye. The director never has time to return emails, phone calls, or address concerns. She is not friendly or inviting. I have had several billing issues and those were pulling teeth to resolve as well."
