"Overall it's pretty good. The activities in class have gotten better. But the school is expensive and doesn't offer anything that makes it a draw to anyone if they don't live nearby."

"Infant A seems to be a little chaotic in the morning when staff are still making their way in. There have been a few mornings with 4-5 kids already in the room when we arrive and Amber is seemingly by herself still. Amber does an amazing just, but with this room being the main drop-off location for most kids, there should be additional resources available during peak drop off times."

"The teachers are fabulous and the curriculum was great preparation for our son in kindergarten and our 3-year-old, but the continuous increases in cost are hard to bear and we are not sure it is worth it."

"I would like to see a reduction of junk food being served to the children. I don't think a ton of food needs to be provided at parties. The amount of food that is served to the children for parties is excessive and gross. Adults wouldn't eat that much for a snack especially when it is cheese balls, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Too much! I think birthdays can be celebrated without junk food (parents comes to the school to read a book that day - mystery reader or some other celebratory activity that doesn't involve 5 oreos or a huge cupcake. I think we have a responsibility to teach children to have a better, healthier relationship with food, especially when we celebrate."

"Varied. I miss Jen as director. I miss Aimee as both director and assistant director. I miss their charisma and their interest in my kids. I also see just tons of turn over in the teacher department. Teachers leave, and sometimes they don't even tell us. Some teachers are great, some teachers aren't. "The wait list for the infant classrooms are unreasonably long. Of classroom space is not the issue I would suggest hiring more teachers ASAP, especially at the East Greenbush location. Or increase capacity."

"I feel that since Jen and Amy have left this school for other roles within the company this particular center is not run as smoothly. Emails and phone calls are almost never returned. Child care aware payments seem to come in later than I was used to prior to change. The vibe when you go in now is not as friendly as it once was. I based my previous answers mostly on my experience last year when Jen was the director, she was great!!"

"I have only met one teacher i disliked at Tutor time. I felt i didn't need to say much in order for the director to pick up on my feelings. At the time rooms were being rearranged due to adding an infant room and My son was transitioned to another room. Every one is very kind. My son gets excited to see his teachers which puts my mind at ease. I can't say enough good things about the staff. With the Brightwheels app I feel like I am with my child all day. When i pick him up I can talk to him about his day. He is only 1 and cannot tell me himself."

"My child was recently moved to the next classroom. While the teachers from the original classroom were great and communicative about the process, we were very underwhelmed when the transition actually happened. On our first day of the new room, both parents came for drop off to meet the new teachers since we'd never interacted with them before. However, when we walked into the new room, no one even acknowledged we were there - both teachers barely looked up. Didn't say hello to our child, didn't introduce themselves to parents, literally nothing. I had to say Hi, I've got (kid). I think he's in this room now?. I was shocked that they didn't even say hi to our kid and welcome him to the new room. I don't expect the teachers to know all the parents' names, I'm fine if they just know me as my kid's parent, but I do expect them to introduce themselves on first days. I felt like we had walked into the wrong classroom the way they reacted. Since then, I have not felt that the new teachers are as engaged with my child. They don't ask any questions at drop off and it feels very difficult to engage in any conversation with them. While they might be providing a caring environment, part of their job is relaying information to parents, and I have not seen any of that since the new classroom transition."
