"I'm big on scents. The moment I walked in the door it smelled heavily of McDonalds and sure enough there was cup on the counter. Not sure if the woman standing at the counter was the director or manager but she was in the middle of a personal conversation about how she needed to leave. Perception is everything so she could have waited especially since I had to speak up over her to answer the initial questions the tour guide had. It was just awkward. I also could not hear the intercom from the outside so getting into the front door was an issue. Some of the toys in the class seemed like they needed to be replaced. For the amount of tuition I expected better. Honestly I am so time crunched that I will pick this place but in 6 months when my daughter is old enough for the Montessori school not far from there I will move her. I do like that diapers and food are included in tuition. I am so busy that packing meals and supplies everyday is too much. Tour person was pleasant"
"My son loves the school and his teachers! I love that I get updates throughout the day. The ladies in the front are excellent! When my child's school bus was late I received a phone call right away letting me know and at the same time they were already on the phone with the Gilbert school transportation to find out where he is. Safety of their kids is number 1! Everyone you pass by says hi even if they are not your child's teacher. My child has learned so much. I love that I have piece of mind that my child is being taken care of in a great environment and my child is always excited to go and happy when I pick him up."

"I had been searching for affordable child care, and was at the end of my search with no bites until I came across TutorTime. I never thought to check out the facility because all of the other child care centers for a 1 year old were very expensive (especially established name centers). Since TutorTime was a name I saw a lot even before having my daughter, I thought that has to be expensive like the others. I gave a call out of curiosity and the rep said they would call me back with half-time rates for me since I did not need full-time care. I actually got a call back from the nice rep and with very reasonable weekly pricing and was encouraged to schedule a tour. This was the first time ever putting my daughter in daycare but during the tour I got to see a clean environment, happy children (for the most part, cause they are 1!), tidy and fun looking play areas, and the nice school structure to enhance learning. I went in thinking I would get a babysitter but instead got a school with amazing staff and a safe learning environment. I enrolled and was able to bring my daughter in the next day. I absolutely LOVE the updates on what she is doing, what she is eating, bathroom updates, and when she naps... with photos! This makes especially a first time experience amazing while having two working parents. So far TutorTime has exceeded my expectations in a daycare and I highly recommend the experience. My daughter is in very good hands here, and I am not out a ton of money for the quality!"
"We feel this facility has everything we need for childcare. When speaking with other parents that do not send their children to Tutor Time we have never come across any issues that they have had. The infant room is the best. We are sure that it can be very chaotic at times but we know that the ladies in there are doing a great job. Before we even dropped off our first daughter we know that she would be in a safe place. Then when we dropped off our second daughter when she was 3 months old there were no worries or concerns. Please let your entire staff know that they are doing a wonderful job but we can compliment the infant room enough."
