"I miss the old director she was so nice and could tell she cared about all of the children. The teachers in the infant room are amazing and I wish all the teachers were like them. It seems like every time I come to pick up my child, the ladies in the front desk are always gossiping about someone and or talking negatively about someone. Not very professional"

"The Director is amazing, she always takes the time to say hi to my son and I and engage in a conversation. The rest of the staff is friendly towards my son. They deal with concerns when they are brought up at the front desk. The communication with staff members flows well, they will listen to concerns and help if they can or direct us to where we can find help."
