I never caught the names to the two ladies but its an older African American lady with colored eyes in the front office she is so amazing and always on task never fails to say hello and bye answers questions as well as another younger African American she usually has long hair and shes also in the front. ALL THE REST OF YOUR STAFF NOT INCLUDING TEACHERS ARE HORRIBLE they never answer any questions or even greet you or your child."

"My main issues is in the infant room where the babies need close attention and where the teachers need to learn their need and create a bond with the babies. There are 5+ teachers that rotate in the room because the school is understaffed. I don’t like that that the room always needs a filler teacher. I would like some consistent teachers in the room. I also don’t like that when they are under staffed they then accept a new child which means the student to teacher ratio will be off. I don’t like that when the room is understaffed you can find the director walking the kids in the hallway or sitting at the front desk with them. I understand if it happened from time to time with staff emergencies but it seems to be a consistent thing. We really like the two main teachers in the room but the understaffing concerns me and that is when we notice mistakes happening."
