"There are NO warm welcomes, NO smiles, teachers speak inappropriately to children, calling them mean and telling them they're bad- especially the ones who work with nonverbal children. The facility is FILTHY- and I mean absolutely disgusting. Crumbs from the week prior still in the corners by entry to classrooms, cots have gunk on them for weeks, teachers DO NOT follow health and safety procedures unless licensing is visiting. Toys and materials are clearly not cleaned/sanitized because they have visible grime and children are always sick. This school advertises much more than they actually provide- lunches are unhealthy and gross, there is NO family style dining, they are not accredited- which means that the care provided is nothing more than adult bodies in a room of children eager to be loved and educated. The director gossips about current and prospective families. It is really very sad that there is so much to say after such little time at this facility."
"I absolutely love this school for my son, and he loves it too. The staff and teachers are very friendly and professional, and they communicate with me on a regular basis about my son's daily school activities. His teachers greet him with hugs and are always patient and kind to him and the other kids. He is always playing and having a good time when I arrive to pick him up, and every day he has new schoolwork and artwork to show me. I absolutely love this school and wouldn't want my son anywhere else."

"The staff in the front are not friendly, does not even look up to see who comes in and out and sometimes there's no one in the front. I undesrtand that the there is a passcode at the door but parents sometimes let other parents walk in- but is it really a parent that is walking in. I just feel that the staff has no clue who are the parents of the children because they didn't even ask for an ID when my sister picked up my child. That is a great safety issue for me. I was told that the toys at the infant room are cleaned everyday- it doesn't look like it and parents/teachers walk in with their shoes in the infant room. I feel like the quality and sanitation in this facility is lower standards. Kinder Care has better standards and will enroll child there instead."

The teachers are amazing and our family would like to especially recognize the toddler teachers Jackie and Nicole for their beyond exceptional skills in showing education, patience, kindness, comp***ion, and love to our baby girl. We only come one day a week, but we thank you for loving Avery as though she was your own baby. You ladies are absolute gems!"

"Our initial experience when joining the Preschool Program mid-June was absolutely amazing. Our child revived his love for learning, made friends, and he even wanted to attend on the weekends :). Since transitioning to Pre-K, his shared experience is quite different and we're struggling each day (such as, completely new behavior - tears and refusal to go in the mornings)."
