"Our teachers have been 100% amazing. They’re kind, patient, experienced, and flexible. They take amazing care of our child and have been very supportive of our family. We are really happy with the care that we have received from the teachers. Majority of the staff know who our child is and are very friendly.We really like Ms. Charlene, the assistant director. She has been very warm and patient, and we enjoy seeing her interact with our child. We disapprove of the director, Linda. She has been dishonest, passive aggressive, and negative in all interactions with us. If we had the option, we would not allow for her to interact with our child as we don’t model that behavior in our home. Tutor time would exceed our expectations if she was not the director."

"My child has been at this school for 3years and my son was moved around the school due to ratio which is understandable some of the time but when it takes away from his getting prepared for kindergarten it’s very bothersome."

The staff is so much more empathetic and involved with my children than their previous daycare. The classrooms are always clean and fresh as well. "There are NO warm welcomes, NO smiles, teachers speak inappropriately to children, calling them mean and telling them they're bad- especially the ones who work with nonverbal children. The facility is FILTHY- and I mean absolutely disgusting. Crumbs from the week prior still in the corners by entry to classrooms, cots have gunk on them for weeks, teachers DO NOT follow health and safety procedures unless licensing is visiting. Toys and materials are clearly not cleaned/sanitized because they have visible grime and children are always sick. This school advertises much more than they actually provide- lunches are unhealthy and gross, there is NO family style dining, they are not accredited- which means that the care provided is nothing more than adult bodies in a room of children eager to be loved and educated. The director gossips about current and prospective families. It is really very sad that there is so much to say after such little time at this facility."
