I know it’s hard given the large number of children and how busy the teachers are, but I would appreciate more frequent communication from teachers regarding my child (progress, events/incidents that may happen during the day, any areas of improvement). "Linda McKinney has been the sole negative experience of our time at tutor time. We understand that she is leaving, which we are relieved. All the other staff are incredible and seem to thrive in spite of her, with the exception of the high turnover rate. We were surprised and concerned when we found out that Charlene would not be made director. She is truly amazing. We see how she interacts with our child, the staff, parents, and really exemplifies how a director should act. We are hopeful for how things will change for the better with Linda leaving. We also would like to give Jackie Munguia a shout out. Even as lead with administrative duties, she makes a point to still maintain her relationships with the children and their parents."

Both parents have busy schedules and we felt that there was a little miscommunication regarding tuition for adding/removing days when we originally enrolled our daughter in the infant class. The teachers in the infant room are great and its pretty clear that our daughter enjoys being there."

"First year was amazing. My son went to toddler room with Miss Jackie. She was the best.Now he is in the twos class. His class is not good. His teacher mis Patty who is also great was moved to thr toddler room, thr teacher now is not as good. We originally enrolled him because Miss Patty was his teacher. Now that she has moved on to another classroom there is no further incentive for us to keep him there. We are actively looking at a replacement."

"Most teachers are loving and caring. However there is lack of communication between staff, staff covers classrooms in a random order and children are consistently moved from one classroom to the other because of staffing and ratio issues. This should not impact our children as this is a management issue however the inconsistency hurts the development of our children. The office staff is nice one day and terribly unwelcoming the next. Sometimes we have to fake a smile and that is not something that is practiced at Tutor time. If someone is having a bad day it is obvious. Teachers verbalize their dissatisfaction openly and this causes uncomfortable feelings for parents. There has been lots of added staff and turnover. I am hopeful the new director can make some very much needed change. Price is only an issue in the absence of value and the value right now is low and commitments are not being kept."
