I think that the 6 day waiting period before shipping to Canada takes place is absolultely nuts as well as the 10 dollar shipping charge on an item that costs 4 bucks and weighs next to nothing is nuts, especially have to wait this long for the order to be shipped. Overall the support while asking about my order was great - always someone on IRC who can check on your order, etc. Support on IRC claimed to be the ones to answer email sent to SMT, so I found it a bit funny that they couldnt answer shipping questions, like when an item would be shipped on irc, but they would be the ones answering the questions if i were to email. Anyways, I'd give SMT a 4.5/10 - Reason for this - LONGGG WAIT for order to be shipped and overpriced shipping on my item after the long waits. Excellent support for the most part and great list of products available"
"Still have not received my order, which I placed on Dec. 27th. Got onto the Live Chat and was told the issue would be looked into by the shipping department. I asked them to cancel the order, as I have already purchased the items from somewhere else and got them in 3 days. That was over a week ago, and the order is still not cancelled and I do not have my money back. Needledd to say, I am very upset."

"I ordered my modchip and torx set on Tuesday about midday with overnight shipping. The order shipped on Wednesday and arrived on Friday which was not due to any problem on SMT's part but due to an ice storm that left 4-7 inches of ice all over the area. My only complaint is that order tracking was unavailable until today, several days after my order had arrived. This was probably due to christmas rush and is perfectly acceptable given those circumstances. All in all I would buy from this company again."
