"Update: Things just keep getting worse and worse.

So they sent me a second case to replace the defective one in the first order. Well....guess what...SAME issue. Call tell them, they will send yet a THIRD case and make sure there are no issues. They will also pick up the other cases for return although they do not tell me when that will be.

So today I see the thrid case has arrived. I get home...no case. But there is a Customer Receipt Call tag number. I think that Sweetwater scheduled a pickup without coordinating with me so FedEx picked up the case they JUST delivered.

I know others have good luck with Sweetwater, but man, for me, a nightmare. Never again. Ive adjusted my rating down from 2 to 1 star. Id give them negative if I could. A freaking nightmare.

(Oh and at one point they offered to refund the price of the case and I could keep it.... they stopped that at some point...)


My latest purchase was a hassle and there are issues after the sale that I'd like to address but cannot seem to get anyone to answer my emails. Sweetwater has been having issues for me for years and I think I am finally done with them. It's not me, it's them. The lack of communication on a $2000 sale is surprising. "
