"Been a customer of Sweetwater for many years, even lived in Ft. Wayne for a while. Both times purchasing by mail I received the incorrect item. The first time a couple of years ago the correct drum shell was sent and I returned the incorrect one. No additional cost besides the packing, waiting and verifying. Also proving the incorrect one involved me taking pictures and just a hassle. Now a couple of years later I purchase a guitar. They appear to have a process where you can select a serial number of a specific guitar. I attempted to change a couple of times and talked to customer service and over a few days expected a specific guitar and nothing changed. Got the wrong guitar. Of course they called and if the one I wanted was still available I could try again. But, just sick and tired of the hassle (the days of checking with customer service to verify the correct serial number). I wasn't going to play any more games. Also, disappointed with the 55 point inspection. It could be an issue with the vendor, but wasn't expecting the saddle (bone) to be in such poor shape. Lucky that nothing is horrible, but in future will buy local."
