"Placed an order for some GE Concord equipment on 7/7 and it was shipped the same day. Prices were cheaper then I could even find on Ebay. This store is an amazing find unless you like getting ripped off by everyoine else.
On 7/09 I emailed them looking for an obscure security harnesst which I could not find. They did not carry this item but they found a retailer which did and sent me their contact information.

"Beware! I've never run across an organization that treats its customers with such indignity and disdain. If you never have to question them about anything, then you probably will have a decent experience, but don't try to follow-up on an order or you'll receive some real attitude. I canceled my order because I was belittled for only making an order for $10. The attitude and snotty remarks were amazing. There are other bad reviews out there. If you run into this bewildering attitude, don't bother responding, it will only get worse. Personally, I'd shop elsewhere and I have. "

"Horrible experience. I emailed asking when item could be shipped. They said it would go out today. 3 minutes later I ordered it - gave my credit card and email, etc. I then get an email saying the item was discontinued. A NEW line for Cisco? I question that, and was THEN told the email was a template, but in reality someone bought the last 2 during the 3 minutes from my request to my order. They had plenty in stock for the last 2 weeks - and now in 3 minutes sell all of them. They did refund the charge immediately, however I then had to find another vendor, issue another PO, etc. They did communicate throughout, but the experience was unpleasant and a hassle for me."
