"We had to order several parts for the furnace. Luckily it wasn't an emergency for any of them, especially the ceramic ignitor that took about 2 months to come in. Good prices and relatively fast, within a week, on the inducer motor and flame sensor is why the 4 stars. If ignitor and come in within the same week it'd be 5 stars."
