I received a Used defective part. When I contacted them about this they wouldn't work with me and just said to fill out the RMA form and I will get a credit. No we will replace it no nothing but a send it back for a possible refund. I have placed a dispute on this transaction due to my lack of a warm and fuzy on the return... They explained that they do not have any refurbished MB's and that if they are bad they fix them and sell them again. All there MB's that are labeled as refurb are in fact old used boards that have been onced-over for obvious defects and they still missed the bad caps on my board."

No word on order 2/18/07 automated response
2/19/08 found lost pen tabs 8 days later
2/20/08 Shipped
2/21/08 pen tabs arrive at clinic
1 unit: bad noisy fan
2nd unit: broken latch (not from Shipping)
Both units have MS OS 98 not XP as promised in email before purchase, Has DOS prompt to open RUN:/ Dont have password.
Would like a RMA to return both units.

"A few things I like about this company:
1. The status emails updating me on my order. Every step of the way I knew where in the process my order was. When it was shipped.
2. They shipped the order fast. I paid extra, something like 2.00 for fast processing only because I needed this part in a hurry.
3. Very easy to order from. Probably one of the smoothest shopping carts I have used in awhile.
The only down side:
The part I had to get was a little high priced for a refurbished unit. I can't complain though since I needed it. The positives far outweigh this so I would most likely do business with them again.
