"I ordered a replacement motherboard for 153.73 FedEx ground on February 22 2010. On March 03, 2010 i still hadn't heard anything back from the company so i asked them if there was a tracking number i could get. They told me they would have one for me by the end of the day. Mind you the spelled my name wrong in the email. My name is Branden and they said Brenda. I needed the item for a customers computer very badly and the customer was getting irate with me. At the end of the day of the 3rd i wrote another email asking what is taking so long. On March 4th they sent me a response saying my order was processed that day and shipping the 5th. Still no tracking number. So now standard 3-5 business day shipping and it hasn't even shipped yet. I tried canceling my credit card because i wasn't getting any information from this company. Well my card canceled but they still managed to charge me. I had to use my personal account to buy the same board from another company and have it shipped next day air. Well today is March 13th 2010 and the board arrived today. It took 19 days for the product to arrive. I had to use my own money because i wasn't able to access my business account because of this company, To order a board next day air, that i spent 2 hours putting into a computer free of charge to a customer. I do good on business practices and try to take care of my customers. I left 4 voice mails and 2 emails with this company before i finally ordered the board from someone else. Now i have an extra motherboard that is in actuality DEFECTIVE so i cant even E-Bay it. I DO NOT recommend this company and NEVER trust the reviews from PCWORLD i know i will never read their reviews again."
"I ordered two items from SupplySale AKA Element Technologies, was charged for two items, but was only shipped one. I received a shipping confirmation showing two items, but when I opened the box, only one was inside. Ignored repeated requests for help by both e-mail and phone. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get credit for the item they never shipped. Had I done a web search before ordering, I would never have used them. Based on my experience, I will never use them again and I can not recommend SupplySale."
"I ordered a hard disk for overnight delivery and paid for the extra rush on delivery. Today is the 26 and the tracking shows the product was supposedly to be sent FEDEX Ground. I could not get a response from Supplysale at all. I called AMEX to reverse charges. This is a fraudulent company."

After charging me for overnight delivery and an EXTRA charge for rush proccesing, they sent my package via standard ground to Massachusetts (I'm in California).

Very little communications - actually none until threatening with a charge-back. And that was with paying a Rush processing fee. And the item that had 3 in stock (at $50 cheaper than anywhere else) suddenly went back-order... but you can't back order it as they won't take the back order on that item... What do you want to bet it pops back up in a week or two back in stock at a higher price.
This was my first and last buy from this so called company. Just go buy your stuff somewhere else and actually see it, and maybe even hear from them too."

"I placed an order with this store on March 18th. I called the store to find out why my item hadn't shipped yet, because I had a server down and waiting on these drives. No one answered for either customer service or from sales. I left a message and still have not received a phone call back. They also show on their webpage that they have live online assistance where you can chat with a live person. I have never seen anyone online, it always says that they are offline please leave a message. I received an e-mail 8 days after I placed the order stating that the order finally shipped on the 25th either UPS or FEDex ground, however where there should have been a tracking number, there was a blank area.
