"Ordered a refurbished Pelican 1700 case. "Live stock" read 160 online. Called to inquire whether this case has the foam inserts, no answer for a few days. Then the order gets cancelled as it was a "bad listing" and the listing magically disappears. Does not seem like they track their inventory very well, or even do basic upkeep on their site."

"The website was easy. But I am very disappointed in the order I placed. Order number 111994. I placed this order on 1/13/2012 for Fed EX Priority shipping and as of 1/17 this order has not shipped. This should of shipped the day I ordered for Priority shipping. I work for a company that maintains ATMS and those ATM's can't be down for more than 24 hours. Because you didn't ship my part and it has been 2 business days since I placed order that is not good. Will not use this company again"

"Twice burned, three times shy--or something like that. Their inventory system is broken beyond repair, listing tens of thousands of items with terrible organization and line descriptions from their various partners and salvage operations and grey market associates, but if you can actually find something to buy for a reasonable price in good condition, please let me know so that I can be sufficiently amazed. My history with SupplySale on two orders 6 months apart goes like this: item lists, either on their site through a search or through one of the Marketplaces like Amazon or Buy.com. I order item. Order stays in processing for at least 7 DAYS while you CANNOT CANCEL, after which they CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR YOU. Congratulations, you have just completed a successful transaction with SupplySale, at the same time losing a week in the bargain! Maybe their business runs off of crushed hopes and broken expectations? Whatever their model, if you had chosen a reputable vendor, you would be up and running now instead of writing yet another disappointed review, and beginning the search and ordering process again from a non-lobotomized business."

"very poor handeling, spend 2 hours looking for a part, and another 1/2 hour ordering it from supplysale.com , after pushing the live stock button few times, which clearly indicated that they have 2 pieces in stock i am receiving an email today that they are canceling the order since they do not have it in stock and they can not take care or backordering at the moment - so upset :("

"I should have listened to the other reviews. Ordered a new HP REDUNDANT POWER SUPPLY FOR ProLiant ML350 G5. When the part arrived it was used still covered in dust and dirt from previous use, and even the static bag had it all over the inside of it. Sent an email to the customer service department, and they responded within the hour. They stated they had to get a hold of their shipping department and see what they shipped. Customer Service responded back in 30 min. and stated they were shipping out the correct part. We received the part the next day, and still it was a used or maybe refurbished unit. It had some scratches and streaks from possible cleaning solution that was left behind. The part worked and I couldn't go any longer with my system being down. I will NEVER order from them again. I recommend that fellow buyers avoid this distributor or you will be playing tag to get the right part. Also I just stumbled across the Better Business Bureau website for this company and they rated them as an F !!"

"I had come across this store online while doing a price comparison for a stack of specific DVDs that I use. Their price was one of the best. I had tried ordering from another site, but their shipping would have equalled the cost of the DVDs. Before I ordered from this site, I used the online customer service feature to ask for shipping alternatives that would not cost me as much as the DVDs. Mr. B. Wall gave me some alternatives, stayed on task the entire time, and the ordering process went smoothly. He ended up saving me some money, and he kept a sale in return. I received another e-mail the next morning with tracking information, and I received my shipment within a reasonable amount of time. The product was packed correctly, and it was exactly as I had ordered it. I will use this company again."
