"First of all, I purchased a pair of Electric BSG glasses with polarized lenses. I found this reseller through Electric's website list of on-line distributors. I went ahead and placed an order. It was easy as hell. After I placed my order, I thought "I should have checked this company out before placing that order." I went to the Better Business Bureau's website to look up Sunglasses Giant in California. I found them listed. To my horror, they have the worst rating the BBB can assign, Grade: F. There were tons of unresolved issues, and the complaints were terrible. I panicked thinking that I was just suckered out of $130. I checked Reseller Ratings to see if they were on here. There were a few bad reviews, but several good ones. I was suspicious of the highly praising reviews as being fake. Well, my order was placed on Friday, I get an order confirmation e-mail that same day. Monday, I get another e-mail saying my order has been shipped via USPS. Wednesday I have a package. It is exactly what I ordered. Whew. I guess I was one of the lucky ones that didn't get swindled.
