"Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STUDICA!
If you want Microsoft software, deal directly with Microsoft. If you want Adobe software, deal directly with Adobe. If you want Autodesk software, deal directly with Autodesk. All these vendors will give you just as good a price as STUDICA will and you will have sole-source responsibility.
STUDICA is third party vendor that insinuates itself into your transactions and, in the process, introduces a third party that sets special conditions, creates confusion, and creates an opportunity for everyone involved to point the finger at someone else and refuse to take responsibility.
STUDICA offers no price reductions compared to what you can get from the software source companies.
STUDICA offers no additional service.
What STUDICA will do:
• Consume more of your time
• Create more grief
• And, if your experience is like mine, Rip off hundreds of your dollars and tell you point blank to your face that they do not offer refunds on software that you did not get and that they DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY !!!!
In the end, STUDICA will tell you to go directly to the source company for the software to get satisfaction or resolve any problems.
What you should do is GO DIRECTLY TO THE SOURCE COMPANIES FOR THE SOFTWARE AND NOT GO TO STUDICA AT ALL. If you go to the source companies for the software AFTER you give your money to STUDICA, those source companies will tell you that they do not have any record of you being eligible for the software. The reason is that they sell the software to STUDICA before STUDICA can sell it to YOU. In other words, all the special rules are made by STUDICA.
My money is still in the STUDICA bank account, even though they have never delivered the software to me and they have made it clear that they never intend to deliver the software.
They are hiding behind a false claim that the original source of the software set special conditions on the delivery of the software, even though STUDICA is totally responsible for all special conditions.

"I ordered a 3dconnexion SpacePilot Pro Sept 17th with the academic discount. This website was recommended by the company (3dconnexion). I received it 2 days later (Sept. 19th)! It was really fast and everything was in good condition. I never spoke to anybody so I don't know about customer services."

"This company claim to sell legitimate copies of software, yet when you receive it you can not install it as they will not supply you the serial number or licence key to register it. When you make contact to sort it out, they will offer a full refund on return of your order but not give you one when you return the goods. I have had to report the matter as fraud to my credit card company. I even contacted the software manufacturer directly only to discover they also could not confirm whether the issued software was genuine. Don't trust this company. Don't buy from this company. Julian and Laura are complete liars. Students don't have money to waste, get your software from a genuine business. Avoid these crooks at all costs."

"I purchased a commercial license for ZBrush 4R5 and selected the download option and, after paying, I was expecting an email with a link to the software. When that didn't happen, I called Studica and was told that because their system primarily handles academic licenses, the processing time for the order is generally a bit longer; the processing time can be up to 48hrs. This is clearly stated on their website and stated in the order confirmation email, but I assumed it only applied to orders that require proof of academic status. My bad.

The agent I spoke with was friendly, clear, and helpful; she sent my order off for immediate processing and indicated that I should receive a link to the download within 24hrs. After speaking with the agent, I received an email a few minutes later showing that my order is now marked as "allocated."

Great customer service and excellent pricing.

"I ordered Microsoft Office University 2010, it arrived it a reasonable amount of time. I promptly opened it and began the validation process. I am a full time college student and a Univeristy with a valid university email address... The email was received at my school email with a link to click to validate and it indicated I did not pass validation. I clicked the button to contact Microsoft, the rep there provided to different Validation codes (rather than validating through school email) both failed. The Microsoft rep then indicated the pin that I was sent was already validated to another user. I called Studica and there was not a customer service rep to speak with at that time. I left a message on a machine with contact information...
Update: Contacted Customer Service this morning and without complaint they are shipping another out and had already sent an email prior to my calling. That's great customer service! Although there was a mix up they are willing to resolve the situation :)
Update 2: New product received and Validation is completed! Thanks Studica.com for the excellent customer service and quick resolution!! I will order again!!

"The ordering process was very straight forward.
However, it took almost two weeks for delivery from Mississauga to Guelph.
The fischer technik set is a amazing ! My nine year old spent hours putting together the gearbox, and hopes to take it to school to show her classmates.

"Excellent. I found the whole process very easy and intuitive. I was given a text message that pin-pointed the delivery time within a one hour window and it arrived early!
