"I have to say that Stockbuggy is the most efficient business I have delt with in a long time. They exceeded my expectations. I purchased a compucessory shredder online by 230pm and received it the next day by 7pm. Wow superfast delivery. Unfortunately the door of the shredder was cracked.. not a problem... I called customer service the next day. Got the replacement shredder in two business days and I was able to send back the damaged printer with the same UPS driver. This shredder is excellent it shredds papers to tiny unrecognizable pieces. I am very satisfied."

I placed an order and two full weeks later still never received my order. I made numerous attempts to call and email to find out what the problem was. No one ever once answered my call, returned a call from a message i left, or returned an email that I sent. I now have to deal with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

"In an attempt to find a better price for the NUKBR506 Blk/Red Ribbon Cartridges, I originally did an internet search and found another competitor with a much better price than I was paying through the Office Supply company we were using. In our industry, we go through the ribbon cartridges quickly. When I attempted to re-order, the product was back ordered. They replied to my email stating they received my request and thanked me for contacting them. They continued by saying they would email me as soon as they got a product availability update on Nu-kote BR506 Compatible Ribbon. That was February 5, 2011....I still have not heard a word!!! On March 30th, I started an internet search once again and came across Stockbuggy. I was happy to discover that Stockbuggy's price was $3.00 less than the other competitors already low price.
Setting up an account and product ordering with Stockbuggy was very simple and I am pleased to say I received the order in less than one week!
I do hope this is the beginning of a long and successful business relationship with excellent prices, customer service and delivery.

"Stockbuggy appeared to have the Fellowes shredder that I was looking for at a reasonable price with free shipping, so I placed my first order with this retailer. Two days later, the shredder still hadn't shipped, and I received an email from a customer service representative stating that the shredder had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Two options were offered: (1) Purchase a different, somewhat comparable model for $30 more or (2) cancel the order and they would credit my card. The customer service email representative was polite and professional. But I'm disappointed that Stockbuggy apparently doesn't update their website according to availability or warehouse inventory. And the offer to purchase a different shredder at a higher cost smells like a bait-and-switch. But the worst part was that they charged my credit card without shipping the item, and then took several days to credit my card with the refund."
