"I place an order for owl paper clips and a toner cartridge. I got an email that the owl clip I had purchased were no longer available and they offered a substitution. All this for paper clips! I am IMPRESSED by the attention to the smallest of details and over the top customer service. There is no need to ever shop my big box office train wreck again now that I have Stockbuggy. Thank you guys. "

"Stockbuggy is tying up the money in my bank account but is not sending the order. I tried to order k-cups. Their billing system rejected my credit card for "AVS Filter" issues. My address at bank did not match exactly what I typed as my shipping address. So I tried again changing to what I thought exact info might be. Still did not go. But, they charged my back account for both transactions. They sent me this e-mail: "Your payment has been DECLINED by the card issuing bank. Your credit card will not be billed; even though, you may see payment being processed. The charge should be returning back to your account within 2-3 business days." But, my bank lists it as "pending transaction" ($98.00) and that means the funds are not available to me. Why would it take them 2-3 days to refund my money on a transaction they rejected! I order over internet a lot and have never had that happen. They need to get Paypal or a better billing system. I am very frustrated. "

"I ordered a vacuum for $45. My creditcard was charged, but the order didn't show online. Several phone calls and eMails where unanswered. Then I received an eMail stating that the $45 vacuum was "discontinued", and suggesting a $60 substitute. I will not due business with a company who refuses to return phone calls or answer eMail inquiries. And the whole "substitute" thing rings of a SCAM to me."

"As I am always looking to save money, I do a great deal of online shopping - even comparing among internet vendors. I discovered Stockbuggy yesterday, saw it had competitive pricing and decided to place an order. That was my first mistake. What should have been very simple and concluded with ease has become an ordeal. Their website was experiencing difficulty: it kept getting hung up at the “checkout” prompt, was moving very slowly, and would not allow me to complete the order. Sadly, customer service is not as thorough as their price structure and believing they would agree that it was equally in their interest to assist me with placing the order was my second mistake. The customer service aspect (and I use the term lightly) is as rude as it is awful. The toll-free number listed on the website for customers with questions has been voicemail only for 2 days throughout each day. The receptionist told me that I was being transferred to Jonathan, who would assist me and never having received a return call, I phoned again this morning only to find that he never was there yesterday at all. I was then transferred to his supervisor for help and of course received voicemail. This was at least 2 hours ago when I left my name and number. Stockbuggy - with some personnel changes or a change in attitude toward its customers - can be a good company. However, they seem to be of the opinion that their prices are going to keep customers and repeat business despite character flaws. Customer service is as important to me as competitive pricing and fortunately for me, I do not have to rely on them to provide my office supplies. "

"I really like the selection and prices on Stockbuggy. I had trouble placing my order because the web site would not function correctly until I found a wide screen monitor. I tried to call customer service to place the order, but never received a return call. Please fix the website. The banner on the bottom with various links was covering the fields that needed to be filled in to place the order. It works fine on a wide screen monitor, but not everyone has that."

"I found out about Stockbuggy from my daughter-in-law. When she mentioned the name to me for buying K-cups I thought she was crazy. I am so glad I listened to her.
