"I though about ordering these cross rails to pick up when I was in the metro area, but with free shipping, I just had them delivered. I checked the prices against Amazon and found they were very close and these were OEM parts, not something made in China that some said didn't fit well. I was very surprised to have my rails in 2 days since I live in a rural area. I installed them without directions by using UTube. I am very pleased with this experience!"

"Agent said order should arrive tomorrow if placed now. I asked and he said it would be less expensive if I ordered online. I then ordered online but had no indication of when the order would be available for pickup. I waited a day and called to see if it would arrive that day, but was informed that it should be available for pickup 4 days from that day. That delay was unacceptable and I cancelled the order. "

"Email communications were confusing, I got 1) auto order confirmation on Sunday, then 2) on Monday invoice with NO mention of what the status was, so I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there, then 3) status update on Tuesday saying “we will let you know when we get an update”, followed by 4) it was ready. #2 email should’ve been the status update instead of actual invoice without any status."
