The communication with me the customer was all out of sequence. First order confirmation, then request for a review, then invoice (but no mention that the partner was not yet available for pickup), then notice that it was ready for pickup.
Wouldn't a better sequence be?

"I ordered Lower control arms and they weren’t packed (Thrown in the box) very well. One of the bushings on the LCA was lacerated during shipping. I’m quite surprised that’s was the only major damage. Of course the control arms are scratched up from shipping in a loosely packed box."
