" Had an app. din't work . Had to go in bays and find someone to help me. Guy looked @ my car with hood missing hinges gone , hood latch gone . Said would have to look on comp. to see how to do. I could do myself . I couldn t get parts . With this mess of my car and snow that got in engine . I grew up in a car biz. familys my dad and 2 uncles. You have a billion $ lot and u cant fix my car ! what the hell is wrong with this world . Tell u it went upside up downside sideways with bs covid . All you want to do is sel overprce cars . I can do myself pull fender back take bolts out replace hinge . Latch in front . no prob. Hood need 2 people . So what the hell is ur prob. I had 2 pold a car U 2 stupid I said I would pay $1000 to fix ? You cant do u really s uck . you are 2 freakn BIG cant help a small guy . "

"I stopped in to pick up some 4runner rock sliders (msrp $310 ea. ) that your website listed at $270 ea. Rather than pay through your website I figured I would just stop by and by them in person. To my shock, the price I was given at the register was $485 ea.... $175 OVER Toyota msrp. I was told that they cannot honor the website price even though it is the Stevinson site.

My hypothesis is, you artificially mark up the msrp because who, when buying a vehicle off your lot in person is going to check your website when adding accessories. It's price inflation and manipulative for your customers.

As such, I will not be purchasing any more from your dealership and will recommend all I can to shop somewhere else because of sneaky profiteering tricks like this. You lost my business and the business of anyone I can tell.
