"Never order from this so called business. Let me tell you a little about
my experience. I placed my order on the 12th of December with an
extra expense to get my order on time for Christmas. When I spoke to
someone from customer service they told me they couldn't guarantee by Christmas so they would take off the shipping fee. I was under the impression that It would
be late due to the holiday. I called again to speak with customer service and was told that it was cancelled due to not having the item in stock. If I only had read the reviews, I wouldn't have wasted my time, and my daughter would have had her boots that she asked for Christmas. All of these reviews are true. Please don't waste your time. Its a true disappointment if your buying for a loved one or for yourself.

"I ordered Justin Ladies Gypsy Square Toe 12in Camo Boot 8.5 Item No.: E011153 85 on 12/17/15. At that time the website said "In stock". No mention what so ever of them being back ordered. I paid $6.99 for 7-10 day shipping. I emailed them to find out if my package had been shipped, their response was the item was back ordered. I then called to find out when I might get the order. The woman who took my call said they had 100 in stock and that there was no reason for the package to be late. The woman said she would call me back and never did. Horrible customer service!!! Then I got an email from them saying the boots would be shipped on the 23rd. In tracking the package I should get the order January 4th, so I paid $6.99 for "7-10 day shipping" for them to get here in 18 days? Had I known this item was back ordered at the time of purchase I would have bought them from some other retailer. I am extremely disappointed that all other sites tell you at the time you order that an item is back ordered and may be delayed.
At this point it would seem I'll be lucky if this gift gets here by mid January!!!

"I am so ridiculously mad about this company. I ordered things for my granddaughter for Christmas - yes cutting it close (I ordered on Dec 17 - all in stock) I still can't find out what has been shipped and what has not. Poor customer service and a very poor web site to navigate (except for ordering!) OMG I'm so mad thinking that little girl won't get her stuff. Then I ordered an e-card on December 18... it's December 22 and I just got an email giving me a # that my daughter can use! No copy of the e-gift that I should be able to copy and give it to her on the holiday. Just an email #! Are you kidding? How do these people stay in business. I'm done with them and I would recommend the same. P.S. I'm am older and am generally a VERY patient person. This is unacceptable!"

"I called about boots that were ordered 3 days earlier to cancel. The woman said if they had shipped, it would be too late to cancel. So she apparently called the manufacturer to drop ship quick, because that evening of the day I called to cancel, the boots were magically shipped. Obviously she/SLT didn't want the order canceled. So I am going to refuse the package (ups) and tell the credit card company that the package was refused and to stop payment. "

"State Line Tack shipped me defective boots--for which they charged me $101.21--and refused to follow the return policy published on their website. Now it appears I am stuck with these boots, which I cannot wear because of the defect. I have bought many, many boots online and had to return some, but I have never had a problem with return and refund before this. I will avoid this company like a deadly snake hereafter."

"WOW I wish I had seen this website and the reviews BEFORE ordering from State Line Tack. I will never order from them again. They charged me twice for an order. When I called they said I had placed the order twice. They had a glitch when I placed my one and only order, which I got a confirmation for. I never received a confirmation email for the duplicate order. While on the phone, I asked them to email me a confirmation for the duplicate and never received it. They say it was shipped, we'll see if I actually get it. From the glitch in finalizing my cart, to the shipping policy, to the false advertising coupons, to unknowledgeable customer service and now this. Buyer beware!"

"I will NEVER buy from them again. Though having spent hundreds of dollars, it is just not worth the hassle and frustration of having to wait months to get your items! How a retailer can sell items that don't even exist is beyond me? It should be illegal to do so...but they continue to do it. Your charge card gets charged immediately with no problems. However, your items end up being back-ordered. First they tell you it will be a couple weeks, then you get continuous emails saying it has been back-ordered even further. 2 months later, and still no items!! Unbelievable. Then when you call, they are so nonchalant about it, as I can only presume they deal with customer complaints daily! They don't apologize or try to make things better, which just makes matters worse. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!! NEVER buy from Stateline Tack!!!"

"On 2/13/2015 I ordered new saddle from State Line tack my order number P1514500. Saddle paid in full price $268.09 ,bank transaction in five minutes. Two days later received damaged saddle. I spoke directly to saddle maker over the phone stating they sent a damaged saddle. Saddle maker agreed to pay for return shipping and send a new undamaged saddle for same price. I was then given a RMA # R0216-1 for return shipping by saddle maker. Next day UPS picked up the damaged saddle. After receiving delivery confirmation saddle had been delivered to saddle makers location, I sent an e-mail to saddle maker showing delivery confirmation. Soon I received an e-mail from saddle maker stating State Line Tack would not allow them to honor their promise. Only option I had was to call State Line Tack customer service, the supervisor said I had to reorder though them. I stated the saddle maker was willing to make good on the order and resend a new saddle.
I told State Line Tack customer service I had enough and just wanted my money refunded.
I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
Please help me with this situation.

"Is there an option for zero stars???
Ordered a blanket that said "in stock" in early December. Never got the blanket. Kept getting emails saying the item was oversold and on back order. Why sell more than you have? Greed? Emails kept saying the blanket will ship out on a specific date, and several days after the specified date, I would get another email giving a new date several weeks away. Very very dissatisfied. Finally on the 23rd-24th of Jan, I got an email saying the item was no longer available. I emailed customer service and waited 2 days (it says the wait can be up to 48 hours, boy do they mean it!) and got a response that said they didn't have record of my order!!! So I had to search my emails for my order number, send them the number, and then wait another 2 days for a response! Yes I got my money back but the point is that they sold an already out of stock item as "in stock" and I waited almost 2 months! My horse barely needs a blanket anymore! Will NEVER order from Stateline Tack again.

"This is a HORRIBLE place to order horse tack! I will never ever again use State Line Tack. I originally ordered a new blanket for my horse and then a few other odds and ends. I saw my card charged and then a few days later I got an order cancelled email. I checked my bank account and the total charge was showing as in the process of being refunded. So I assumed that the WHOLE order was cancelled. I really needed the blanket for my horse so I went back on and ordered another one along with all the other items I had originally ordered. BIG mistake. I got duplicates of everything. Needless to say I was very mad. I called the company back and was told that I would need to ship it back on my dime. I paid over $10 to ship it all back and it took them over 2 weeks to give me my credit and it wasn't even for the right amount. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will NEVER EVER order from them again. I also had to return something to Riding Warehouse and I had a wonderful experience with them. They include a free return shipping label and immediately refunded me the amount I had paid for an item. Plus I had a year to return the item versus only 30 days through Stateline. Giving State Line Tack even 1 star seems too kind."

"NEVER AGAIN, the shame of this is , they look very good on the web page.....its stops there. Ordered a pair of boots for Christmas and they called me at work, hung up when placed on hold and never went any further to place the order. they claimed the email address was spelled wrong and could not send one ( not the case ). Maybe a second phone call should have been made with waiting more than 2 min on the phone.
They were full of excuses, and the bottom line if I didn't follow up, they certainly would have not.
Save your time shop locally and or with a another company , especially NOT this ONE.

"Horrible. That's the best way to describe my experience with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of Justin Gypsy 8 inch womans boots, for my daughters for Christmas. I ordered them on November 11th, 2014. What was suppose to be a 5-7 day delivery turned into a 14 day delivery (3 days the package was "STUCK" in Missouri). When they finally arrived, 1 pair of boots had the leather stain on the camp upper fabric (looked worn) and the other pair of boots did even match each other (1 was light brown, the other was dark brown). When I called to have the problem resolved & have them replace them, the agent said " They are discontinued, you can keep them or send them back". I asked about the SAME EXACT pairs that were on their website that listed "IN STOCK" and that I could order. She said "They look the same, but they are different. They have product numbers"... She said I could order them online (Heck yeah I could, they were $50 more, for the EXACT SAME SHOE). She also said it would take about 6-12 weeks for my refund, since it's the holidays.
I'm very disappointed with this company and their customer service....

"This place is terrible, very unprofessional, and rude. I spent a lot of money at their online store, and they have yet to send my order. They told me two months ago that it was on its way, several different times. Then they sent wrong thing. They are not refunding me, and they are terribly rude. Do not shop here. "I was so excited to find statelinetack.com. Their prices were good and they had the items that I was looking for. Ordering was easy and my first shipment arrived ahead of schedule. The only thing missing from my original order was the Sherry Cervi Diamond SQ Lifesaver Short Gag Bit, a $71.00 bit. Ok, that happens and a few days later it arrived. It was defective. Had a cut in the mouth piece and any amount of filing wasn't going to smooth it out. I even showed it to my ferrier and he said if it didn't cut up my horse's mouth it would break into pieces the first time he bit down on it. Called state line and sent it back. 4 weeks later finally got a replacement. Same thing. Mamma not happy. Called again, had UPS pick it up and after two weeks I called customer service to see why the third replacement hadn't been sent. Their answer," You have to call us to let us know that had been sent." What?! Customer Service scheduled the pick up! They had the bit and was just sitting on this order waiting for me to call. Finally, the third bit arrived and thankfully it was ok.

Not real impressed, don't think I'll do much business with them again. will find somebody else in the future.

Bottom line: If you have to return something for a replacement be prepared to wait, statelinetack is in no hurry to replace your item.
