"The worst waste of money. Emailed support immediately upon placing order only to hear back two days later with no apology and no addressing the issue. The product was ordered as Embroidered but it arrived printed. The item description says "Adjustable" but it is not. Very poor quality. I have had TWO emails from their support team who have not addressed my issues. I want a complete refund, but because I need it for a gift this week there is not time, nor did they offer a fix. "Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase but disappointed. They look perfect on mediums and smaller shirts but apparently they don't scale to size of the shirt leaving some of my larger shirts with a lot of empty space around the design. I was told with a bit of smugness I could recrop the design but to have no negative space around the edges to increase the size of my print but that doesn't mean that the print will be scaled depending on the size of shirt that I use. The size of print that they use it would still remain the same throughout small medium and large leaving larger negitive spaces as you scale up.

The quality of the shirt is not bad and had very efficient shipping. Design print itself seemed of good qualiy too and clean edges.

Also one of my XL shirts had a stain on it which is annoying if I had more time I would return that specific shirt"

"I ordered a customized t-shirt. The website was confusing, and I thought the prices seemed a bit high compared to other sites, but I went with this one to see if the quality of the shirt would be better. The delivery time-frame said 10-15 business days, however when mine was 16 I reached out to the company. They don't offer tracking numbers so I just wanted to ensure my t-shirt was still on the way. They told me it was and to reach out in a couple of days. I reached out after a couple more days, and someone new replied stating to contact them the following week if it had not been delivered. Unacceptable. I received my t-shirt today. The text is crooked, and the smell from their machinery is god awful. Of course I will wash before wearing. IF it lasts that long after the washing machine. It's very thin, and the quality is not worth the money. Not impressed, and won't order again. "
