"I made one order and cancelled it as I used the wrong address. I was charged like normal and then saw a refund that was pending. Both of these transactions were no longer showing on my statement but the money was gone. I emailed them and they assured me that it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected. So I reordered the shirt with the correct address. I was charged normally when it was purchased. 4 days later I was charged again and the original transaction was no longer showing but the money was missing from my account. I still have no refund from the first shirt so I have been charged 3 times for one shirt. I am not sure if this is an error or a scam but it’s super sketchy. On top of all of this the picture printed in the shirt is bad quality and discoloured. "
"Designing the t-shirts using the online system was very easy. It's a bit hard to get an accurate sense of the colors, though, so the end-product was a bit off and the text hard to read on the fabric. I let the company know about the issue, without requesting a replacement or refund but they were very keen to remedy the issue and offered store credit. Impressive customer service! I will definitely use the service again and have already recommended it to friends. "
