"Ordered an animated figure based on "huge sale" - got about $100 off a $200 item. Shipping charges showed up in a pop up window as "no charge" for standard shipping, but in final click showed as $200!!!! I only noticed as I pressed complete purchase. Of course, even realizing it immediately, there is no way to contact customer service by phone - only by email. I did some more digging, and the pop up window actually showed "tax" on shipping - who the hell tells you what the tax on shipping is ??? I believe this is done intentionally to mislead. I also checked their shipping charges policy, which is a flat base amount plus a per pound charge. Apparently my animated character weighed 150 pounds for it to have ever had the shopping charge applied to it. Emailed customer service whoc did respond they would get back to me... surprise surprise. Never did.

Bad business move. They got my extra $200 dollars, but I used to shop there for my three kids costumes and décor annually (in store). Never again. They've just lost as annuity.

"Halloween clearance started this morning. I placed an order before 7am eastern time and was given an order number (the final step in the transaction). Hours later I receive an email about my shopping cart having items in it. I log in and check my order history and it doesn't have this mornings transaction and the shopping cart is empty. I call customer support and spend 30 minutes on hold only to be told there may have been a problem with the website and my order did not go through. I would have to re-order over the phone. The item I ordered however, is now sold out and they are completely unwilling to do anything for me!!! What a complete waste of time. "

"This online store has horrible operations and customer services. The overnight delivery was not in time, customer service representatives were not trustful, which made me totally unhappy, forced me waste of time and money.

First, because I had an upcoming trip planned, I need to get it delivered in 3 business days. So I chose this store with overnight delivery option, as it claims the same day shipment or the next day at the latest. Also it claims that it will send out a shipping notification over email as it ships.

As I didn't get the notification on the same day, I called in to the customer service next morning, and I made sure that it would ship in that day (next day). I explained my time sensitiveness, and told that I needed to cancel it if the company cannot honor my time-line. The representative said they can honor it.

On Friday morning, or the third day, still no notification, so I called in once again. No notification, no update available on the phone either, but she said you could somehow expect the shipment by the evening. And asked me to call back just in case I wouldn't have got it.

As you could imagine, I didn't. So called. This time, the representative and the supervisor both insist that it can take 48 hours of their processing, so I shouldn't have expected Friday delivery. And because it's already shipped out, you cannot cancel any more.

I felt as if I was deceived. I don't recommend this store to anyone, especially if you are time-sensitive. And have low expectation for their overnight delivery.

All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.
All orders ship same or next business day, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Orders must be in before 3pm for economy and standard, 12pm for express shipping options to ship same day.
Orders shipped via Economy, Standard, or Second Day may deliver on Saturday if offered by your local post office.
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 business days. Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
Orders shipped via Overnight are not delivered on Saturday and Sundays.
Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address.
Rural and remote areas such as WA, OR, and ME may take longer. Please use the Estimated Delivery Date calculator for more accurate delivery information.
Watch for emails from our company. Check your spam folder, as our emails do sometimes end up there. We may need additional information to process your order.
