Hocus Pocus Funko Pop

"Like many others, I preordered the Hocus Pocus Funko Pop figures during Spirit’s first round of ordering available. Fast forward to after the expected date of 9/30 that I was given, and I asked for an update, as my order states “in process”. I was told verbatim “it appears your order encountered a feed issue between our system and our warehouse.” And the only “remedy” is for me to cancel my first order and re order. Why can’t my first order just be put back into the system?? Also, if a business has an order that is stagnant for 3 months, why is it not checked on? The answer to that is they don’t look at orders unless asked. My mind is blown at how this company operates...and seeing how there are many of us with this issue for this specific set of items is incredibly suspect. I won’t be buying from this place again. Nice sales tactics, Spirit. Hopefully Funko won’t give you guys exclusives anymore."

Horrible customer service and no full given information

"Me and my husband went on 10/21 to buy our costumes (grease theme) a day after work.. we left everything in the car until today.. since we were off we noticed that the jacket said (sweetie ladies instead of pink ladies and his didn’t have t birds ). So we went back to the store because we were expecting something different, and so we found what we were looking for in another store.. we went to return the items today.. and a HORRIBLE associate not to say another nasty word treated my husband like we were stupid.. we didn’t even noticed that in the receipt said that full refunds are before 10/18 no 10/21.. I understand that it is your policy, but is as a customers never NEVER look at the receipt.. and the girl that help us WAS SUPPOSED TO TMLET US KNOW BEFORE BUYING like they did in the other store that we bought the actual costumes we are gonna wear.. and yes we lost 100 dollars and they didn’t care and treated my husband really bad.. you should tell your employees that they need to treat better their customers, because we MAKE UR BUSINESS....
I really was hoping to get at least half of what we paid.. what a disappointment.

Do not buy from this company. WORST customer service I have ever recieved.

"COSTUME WAS JUNK AND BROKE WHEN I RECIEVED IT. ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER AN HOUR. IT WAS NOT HANDLED WELL. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY THROUGHTHIS COMPANY AGAIN. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM EVEN LESS OF A SCORE. TERRIBLE"

Terrible customer service and no one willing to help

"I have bought hundreds of dollars of merchandise from this store. All was great until it wasn't. I read all about how they want 100% satisfaction and you can take items purchased on line to the store and they will make it right. Well, I bought an item I got on sale for $150 in April on line. I got it out for Halloween and realized it was too large for what I wanted it for. It was unopened and brand new. I took it to the store and they said they no longer had that SKU number in the system so they could not help. They contacted several managers and ultimately said I could have what I paid for it in store credit. What I wanted was not in stock, so they said they could not help and to contact the on line people. No one responds there either on line or via phone and I have called multiple times. I have been totally ignored and no one will help me. All I want is store credit for something I can't use. "

ripped off, rude employees

"I bought a tarot deck and instead of a full deck i got missing cards and doubles, i returned the deck, got a new one , the employee said it could have happened to all the decks, i bought a new one, same thing happend, i tried returning it for the second time, the same employee said "nope not found this again" in a rude tone, i said, "shouldn't have sold these in the first place, i don't want them" so i left them there and walked out. why were these cards being sold in the first place if this happens to all the decks being sold. "

Don't expect to make a return!

"I placed an order and wanted to return some items; but was told I couldn't because it was after their close date of Oct 20. I didn't get my order till just before this and didn't open up box until the 22. Parts of the zombie was missing and now I can't return it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Will never order anything from them again!

Never got order

"Ordered a in stock costume oct 2 and after two weeks of not hearing anything I called to find out were my order was. I had a costume party in a few days and wanted to make sure I would get it in time thinking two weeks for a in stock item would be sufficient. The worker o. The pho e was polite but I was Informed that the order was still being processed. I then tried to cancel the order because it would not arrive in time. They could do that either I was told just to reject the package when it arrived at my house. Really that's the best they could do. Will not be ordering again. After 3 weeks I finely got an email saying the order was canceled. What a joke. "

Rude cashier

"I went to the Harbison store in Irmo, SC where I bought a mug. I won't go back. The cashier did not speak, she did not wrap or even bag my mug. And before that she wouldn't let the other cashier open another register to take care of me while she was doing a return. "

"My boyfriend loves decorating for Halloween and is always excited about getting new animated decorations, so I decided to buy him a large one as a Christmas present. I ordered it online on Cyber Monday (12/1) and my confirmation email showed that it would be delivered by Monday 12/8. Well, here it is 12/11 and the package still hasnt even left the warehouse. I have been on the phone with customer service 2 times and both times was told "sorry- we're backed up because of Cyber Monday." That's understandable to a point, but they should have accounted for the sudden influx of orders and had enough people working OT to get the orders out in a timely manner. The last time I spoke with them (12/9) the customer service rep told me that it should be shipped in the next day or 2, but here it is 2 days later and the order is still showing as "in process." If it hasnt shipped by tomorrow, I will be calling back and asking to speak with a manager and demanding a refund so that I can buy something else to give to my boyfriend for Christmas. I'm not sure how they manage to run a company when they have no regard for their customers. "

"The worst, I mean the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a costume and PAID for overnight delivery. Because something was wrong with their system, my order was changed to Economy (regular shipping) but the overnight charged is still debt out of my account and when I called the rep (women) said that they will be refunding my overnight shipping charge but I will have to return the shipping to get my money back. I told them to call a store and have the store to replace my item due to me needing it tonight. she transferred me to a message machine. NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN... Customers are treated just wrong! However, they have your money! Win for SH"

"I actually purchased my son a costume in one of the stores. I paid $62 for the costume, plus accessories and am extremely disappointed!!! I bought the costume 2 extra sizes bigger because of the price, hoping to get 2 years wear from it and the shirt was smaller than what he normally wears. Will never shop with them again!"

"Worst customer service. Purchased gloves, both were for the right hand. Store didn't have any more, drove to the next closest store, 45 miles away and they don't have them either and can't refund because I don't have the same card with me that day. Lame " sorry" is all that is given."

"I order a $100 electrocuted prisoner from their online store, when I got the delivery to my amusement it was a frozen stuffed snowman head. I went to the store and showed them the box from the delivery, the receipt, and the frozen head. They would not do the return. Now I have to wait till Monday to talk to them. I will never order from this store ever again. "

"I sent back a Spell Speaking Witch over 2 weeks ago. I called a couple of times and no one was able to help me or tell me if my returned item arrived.

The customer service girl said I would see a credit on my account and that was the only way to tell. What kind of tracking system is that? There is no tracking system. If you see a credit, may be in a few weeks you will be lucky. I will never buy from them again!
