"We do high end custom homes and I order a lot of tile online. South Cypress is the only company I have ever had issues with. Half the tile arrived broken. My shipment was shipped 4 weeks after I was guaranteed it would be shipped out the following day that I called. Every time I called it was pushed back another week. The delivery company they work with is the worst I have ever experienced. Not impressed. "

My salesman left in the middle of my transaction and the new rep didn't let me know that the name for the tile on the site was equivalent to what was being delivered. I almost didn't let the FedEx guy unload. The delivery driver should have a bone to pick with the warehouse. They packed the boxes on a pallet that was too narrow for the forklift. He went above and beyond and took each box off the pallet and carried to the driveway. I tipped him generously but that shouldn't have happened!"
