"The tile was beautiful and didn't disappoint. BUT... after I paid for everything and waited a week, they suddenly needed to charge me more shipping because I live in a city. They acted like they were doing me a favor by only adding $60 instead of the $300 they claimed it was going to cost. This ended up pushing my shipping costs in total to be nearly what the tile cost in the first place. I never would have ordered from them if this had been disclosed (not in super fine print) up front, but by the time they notified me I didn't have time to order from elsewhere. All in all, it felt pretty shady and manipulative. But as I said before, the actual product is excellent. "
