"I received an unheard of coupon code for 30% off a Sector 9 complete. Using the code, I ordered my board, nervous that the code may have been a mistake and my order would get canceled, or that maybe the company was shady. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! Confirmation was fast, and the item was shipped and delivered quickly, even with the free shipping option. The board and all of its parts were exactly what I thought they'd be. Definite pleasure, and I will absolutely shop here again."

"I am satisfied with the boards and the grip tape, however, I am disappointed with the shipping process. It should have been here three days earlier not a whole week, coming from North Carolina to Tennessee should have taken 3 to 4 days at the max. I would still continue to make more purchases with your company in the near future. The quality of the merchandise is very satisfactory and I am pleased with your products "

"I knew I should have supported one of my LOCAL Sk8 Shops out here in Seattle. 35th, Boarderline or even Sno-Con!!!!! I got lazy and used the internet so I wouldn't have to leave the peninsula. Big mistake.
The service was fine until I had to interact with an employee at social skateboards. my $180.00 custom ordered complete sk8 board came in the mail with out the trucks in the box. The trucks were one of the new products I was most excited to try out. the INDEPENDENT STAGE 10 KOSTON FORGED HOLLOW TRUCKS. The missing trucks I ordered did not bug me nearly as much as the way I was treated on the phone. The employee that returned my call after having to leave a message since social sk8boards never answered the multiple phone calls I made to try and speak with someone there about the issue. The employee I spoke with was very rude to me and in the end just hung the phone up on me. I was frustrated and told them to forget sending the trucks and to refund my card. ill get them somewhere else where Ill get treated with more resect than I did trying out social skateboards.
