"I ordered a Gravity Hyper-carve 3 Aloha 47 In Complete from socialskateboarding.com on December 22nd 3 days before Christmas and chose 2 day delivery because their site said it couldn't guarantee ground delivery by Christmas for that day. They called me back within an hour and told me they would get it out ground since they were within a couple hundred miles from me and refunded the difference in shipping back to me and I did get it on the 24th. Now that's service, that's proactive service!!!!"
