"I'm living in South Korea. For some reasons, I cannot directly get a FedEx freight from the checkout or neither on paypal payment system back then. Social skateboarding customer service tried to get a way for placing an order for me several times. Unfortunatelt, I have to use orher shipment company like "MyUS.com". My first shipment took a week from US with original packages taken by Social skateboarding in quite a good condition. However, I found a defective good among them. Since its long distance, i cannot send it back for replacement. They again got a way for me to be satisfied. They totally refund without resending it back! Refunding took only 2 days after I complained them.
I'm totally satisfied!! I will be on the site very soon again. "
"I was very satisfied with my buiness with Social Skateboarding. I found the website very easy to navigate thru with a great selection, prices plus real good with detailing product info. Shipping was fast and the tracking of the package was dead on accurate...something not available with all web-retailers. Our package had a desination to a UW Madison student who wanted his Dad's old 70's era Stacey Perelata Warptail 2 with the nice super fast and soft Sim's Pure Juice wheels (the dayglow green wheel color of the past even fits today's scheme) to better cross campus. His dad was unwilling to give it up...so dad was happy the Social Skateboarding carried this vintage wheel and he sent a new set and hardware for Badger son to add to his own board. Now that board can move across town with no worry of a pebble or sidewalk crack slowing him down. Thanks Social Skateboarding. "
