"I purchased Norton AntiVirus from SnaggStuff.com. On the website it was presented like any other software license (i.e. unlimited). Order fulfillment was prompt, but when I activated the license I was surprised to learn that it was limited to one year. I contacted customer service and suggested that they update their site with this limitation. Sales manager Ryan Woodruff refused to make such an update and stated:
"It is common knowledge that antivirus products run for one year and then you must renew your subscription after that year. According to your email, you have already activated and used the keycode sent to you so at this point there isn’t anything more I can do."
You will need to draw your own conclusion as to why a company would actively withold information from their customers. With me they made a quick profit and lost a long-term customer.
