"I am 30 years old and have used computers my whole life. I may not be an expert with computers, but I know my way around something that should be simple (like buying antivirus software, downloading it, and installing it).

After purchasing the Norton Antivirus 2012 (downloadable for 3 computers), I had a problem understanding what I was supposed to do. I received an email confirming my purchase and it had the product key but didn't have a link to download it or ANY instructions on what to do to get what I bought. It seemed that as soon as I purchased the product, you had my money and I was left confused. I emailed for help and it was not returned. I found a place online to download the product and used the product key that worked but I shouldn't have had to figure it out on my own. I have never bought a product online that was this hard to use."

"Well, it's been horrible. I ordered a program I need for work. I called last Wednessday to order and was told that it would arrive in three or four days. That might have been Friday or Saturday. Nothing came even the following Monday and I called the fellow who answers the phones, Josh. He said it was shipped the prior Friday via Federal Express. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, nothing. I calledJjosh. He is going to call shipping and then call me back. No call. I called again. He said shipping was behind. They were supposed to send me a tracking number with the info of shipper the past Friday. Nothing. No email. I called Josh again. Where's the email. He said shipping was out. Then I find it isn't being shipped by Fedex at all but by UPS. Not only that but by some cheap multiship place that UPS picks up for the post office to send and it is really being sent by the post office only a couple of weeks late. Now I have to wait till next week and hope it gets here. SOOOoo, I will have to buy a download of this program somewhere else and just pay twice as much, be late with my client and frustrated. Will never deal with this company again. No one could possibly be as indifferent as the fellow answering the phone, Josh.

Very very disatisfied and disappointed after reading those glowing reports.??? I read their ReaderReview, which is very nice to read but nowhere near my experience.
