"I purchased a "full download" of Adobe's Premiere Elements 11. I found the customer service representative, Josh, unhelpful. Because I was having a different kind of problem than he said any SnaggStuff customer had ever had, he told me to talk directly to Adobe. I told him my problem wasn't with the product; it was with the delivery of the product! He said they didn't have the personnel to provide customer service. He just didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all. From my perspective, SnaggStuff should have at least properly connected with the right person at Adobe. Instead, they did nothing except tell me to go elsewhere for help. That spells bad news for SnaggStuff; I will go elsewhere for my technology solutions in the future. (Note- thankfully, about close to an hour of waiting and receiving the right help from Adobe, I have the solution and am using it. "Purchased an anti virus from them and it never worked correctly. The emailed activation key code wouldn't work....then when I would add my email as directed I would see a screen that said they already had my email registered. This back and forth went on for days. Just a scam from the beginning to the end. Only email I received from SnaggStuff was a link to an internet site that just aggravated the fact that I couldn't get this anti virus to work correctly. Have since downloaded another anti virus that is working correctly - immediately. Have asked for a refund....not holding my breath."
