"I bought the vacuum extension piece and they sent me a totally different product. They told me that I had to send it back to China if I wanted a refund even though they are in Las Vegas, NV. Item was $22 - shipping it back was $39. I asked them for their 100% guarantee and they fell off the planet, never to be heard from again. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got a refund. I'm sitting here at my kitchen table filling out reviews so everyone finds out about them, that's how bad they are. Move on and if you have been ripped off, send a note to the NV Attorney General. "Placed an order on 8/22/2018 for two can opener, plus kitchen items. Track order showing as shipped and sitting in China (!) since 8/28/2018. I wrote an email and received a reply telling me nothing more than what I can already see. What was I thinking??!! Lesson learned. "
"I ordered their so-called Super Absorbent Yellow/Grey towel which shows as a 3 layer microfiber towel sew together. I received a 1 layer microfiber Grey towel. The vendor wants me to send back the wrong shipment to China without a Prepaid RMA Label. Not acceptable for the wrong product. I would not buy from them again.
UPDATE: Last email from Smartocity stating the item (now, smaller, thinner and different color) they sent was what they are shipping now, NOT, what as advertised. Smartocity refused to correct it nor pay for return shipping to China. Disputed charge with credit card company and received refund from bank."

"I ordered a Drain Weasel mid-May. It supposedly came, but with wrong address, so was sent back to China. I waited for it to return again from China. Still waiting. Smartocity rep told me multiple times it's at local USPS facility. I've tried to reschedule delivery multiple times but it still hasn't come. I've given up on it and the money. The company is days behind in responding to email enquiries and always gives the same response, "Thank you for writing us. We are unsure the reason as we have updated your shipping address. The good news is your package is still at your local post office warehouse. You may contact them and inform instructions on how to locate you and arrange re-delivery schedule at your convenient time."

"I ordered three items from Smartocity.com on July 11th. As of today (July 17th) they still haven't shipped out all three items. I'm now being told that they normally take 20 days to ship out an order. No where on their website does it states this. You only find out about it after you place your order. BTW they're shipping the three items individually and they're coming directly from China so I have no idea when I'll actually have what I ordered in hand. I will NEVER do business with this place again. "
