One month later a box came in from China with two different bottles of something written in all Chinese.
No instruction, no details.......

"Purchased a Sonic Pic that looks good, but it wasn't made to scale and the battery compartment is way to small to fit a AAA battery. Also purchased night vision HD glasses. Lens are thin yellow plastic - they don't do anything - except cast a yellow tint on the world. Several emails sent quickly urging the completion of the transaction - with an offer of a discount. Just trying to get a double order out of you. Shipping information was bogus. I had a shipper's transaction number when Smartocity was trying to get me to finish my order. Of course, the shipper information was worthless and I had to wait over a month for my useless items to arrive from China. Don't waste your time and money with Smartocity. I am really sorry that I had to rate them a one star!"

Very poor communication about shipping.
Once finally arrived, the products were EXTREMELY poor quality.
I would have returned all but they informed me that per my consent to purchase, I would need to send them all back individually to each seller and pay the shipping - all the way back to China!! Obviously they do not care about repeat customers.
How I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing anything! I will from now on!

Each time I email this company they just keep saying its shipped but the shipping company hasn't updated the tracking information.... I know it takes a while to get something from China but not 2 months!

"Didn't know these items were made in China. Think they spent more money on ads than products, which don't live up to hype. Stupid recurring emails urging you to complete the order when you already have and offering higher and higher discounts to 'order now!' Waited ages for delivery. No info or invoice in poor packaging, no tips for usage or means to return if dissatisfied. Immensely underwhelmed and feeling ripped off for prices paid."
"Contact phone number was perpetually busy. They were relatively quick to answer e-mails, apologized, said essentially that if I waited another month for shipping they would make it right.
I suggested that a valid gesture would be to now ship them expedited. It was like e-mailing with a robot. "

"Ordered a Dental Cleaning System, it arrived after 26 days of waiting. However, the product is so cheaply made and badly put together. The battery compartment is so tight that I can put in the required AAA battery. Tried so many time call them, never succeed to speak to anybody. It is likely a "briefcase company" set up by people have connection with China (Chinese students studying in the US, possibly). Not really expect I will get my money back. "Do not order ANYTHING from this outfit.
Placed an order on 12 /16/18 2 items, received 1 of the items 3 weeks later.
When I inquired about my missing item I was instructed to send photo of the item and photo of shipping label . They evidently don't have a method of checking if a order was completely shipped or not. Since I do not still have the shipping label , I will write of the cost of my second item as a lesson learned. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SMARTOCITY!!!"
"Sure wish I had read the previous reviews. Seems that my experience is much the same as others. I made two orders before Dec 13th I’ve finally gotten one. I too had no idea this crappy inferior quality item was coming from China. I’ve checked the tracking info about the other items and they’re still in China. This company shouldn’t be allowed to exist. They’re conning customs too by falsely labeling items as video game parts. I ordered 2 Ultimate Drain Plugs, which was way over priced at about $15 each, not sure how that’s classified as video game parts. Not sure how long this crap is going to last either and it only fits one sink that I needed it for too. The other items I ordered looked great but I’m totally expecting a bunch of junk.

"A week or so ago, I ordered a Cheeky Hamster for my nieces 3rd birthday on Dec 23 or xmas Dec 25. Plenty of time for shipping, even from USA!
I chased them for a tracking number and kept getting BS responses like others here.
I senses this was a con once I received the 'Would you like to add anything else to your order?' email. Of course I don't, I already paid!
I have been using the Internet since 1992 approx and this is THE first time I have been conned. I have asked for a refund and got this from 'Emie C'...
