"Bought a refurb PowerMac Dual 867, with extra memory. This is the third Mac I've bought from Small Dog over the years. I've always been happy with their service, and although I had a problem with one of them (problematic DVD drive) they were very responsive in helping me troubleshoot the problem and replacing the drive. They aren't a superstore-warehouse so they don't turn around orders quite as quickly, but they make up for it by being responsive on the phone and by email. They also have a generous service where if you include with your purchase a charitable donation to one of their hand-selected charities, Small Dog will match your donation. My wife and I took this opportunity to double a donation we had been planning to make anyway.
