"After a disappointing visit to David's Bridal, I decided to take a chance and order online. I purchased all my bridesmaid dresses and a beautiful bridal veil from Simplybridal.com! The dresses arrived before the expected arrival date...which was great! They were carefully packaged and the quality was excellent. They were a rich color and were beautiful for the wedding! We did have some fitting issues, but Simply Bridal has excellent customer service and return policies! They quickly addressed my issues and all was happily resolved well before the wedding. I do recommend for people who purchase dresses to pay the extra for the custom alterations as people have different shapes other than standard measurements. Also you should make consideration when measuring for fitted dresses; that your dresses ordered well in advance, that their may need to be a little room for slight weight fluctuations. The overall experience was awesome! I don't plan on getting married again but when my girls get married I will certainly point them to Simplybridal.com!

"I ordered 2 wedding dresses and a veil. The quality of the products were very good. The time it took to receive my items after order was around 30 days. I was very happy with the first dress, but the style of the second one I choose was a bad choice on my behalf which I choose a veil to go with it so I emailed to return the items.

I have now received 5 emails but none of them are the return label. They are emails that are informing me they will send one. They are generally very good product and value for money, but it pays to be sure what you are buying to avoid the hassels of returning. I just seem to be getting the run around."

"Dress was lovely and arrived in great time. They are a super company if you buy from them and need no customer support. Their customer support is terrible!

First issue I had was that an electronic voucher I was sent for money off didn't work and they wouldn't reimburse me.

Second issue was I was promised a garment holder for my wedding dress. Despite over a dozen emails, I am still waiting for it (Order was placed in January 2013, it is now September 2013). I have also had to use several different email addresses as their customer services block your email address after about the third email and stop responding to you.

Their Facebook page is full of people with tales of woe when it come to contacting their customer service department. Such a shame that I can't write a more positive review because all the dresses I ordered were lovely. I was so lucky that I didn't need their customer service department for any issues with the dresses or I'm certain it would have ruined my wedding.

Buyers beware.... if the dresses are great, you'll have a great experience; Any contact with their customer service department will leave you frustrated, and angry!"

"I ordered my wedding gown approximately two months prior to my wedding. Delivery was to have taken about six weeks so I knew I was cutting it close for alterations etc. I was elated and surprised when the dress arrived within 2-3 weeks after ordering. I was a bit weary of accepting the delivery as it was sent from an individual in China and I was expecting the dress from the USA and Simply Bridal. But once I opened the package I was elated to find my dress.

I ordered the strapless Morgan gown, which was very loose in the bosom area. Simply Bridal did call me twice before shipping to confirm the order and if I required any alterations. I declined the alterations as I had just given birth and wasn't sure what my weight was going to be. Otherwise I was very impressed with the dress' cut and fit.

I had the dress altered at my local dry cleaner and everyone said the dress was stunning, I couldn't be more happier with my dress.
