"I was running a bit behind in planning my small, intimate wedding. It was mid-May, my wedding was at the beginning of August and I still hadn't decided on a dress. I knew I wanted something simple and without a huge train (I can be accident-prone and didn't want to trip during my outdoor wedding). After visiting David's Bridal and being disappointed in the quality of their less-complicated/cheaper options, I came across Simply Bridal and it almost seemed too good to be true. Their selection ranges from full-length, full-train fancy wedding dresses to simpler, elegant dresses more like what I was looking for. The prices seemed unbelievably low as well. I ended up choosing the Brandy gown and opted to send them custom measurements. The dress wasn't supposed to arrive until mid-July (only a few weeks before my wedding), but it came early and arrived in late June! The dress fit beautifully - I didn't have to pay anything extra to have it altered (which I would have had to do with a David's Bridal dress since they make them all super long to start and then charge an arm and a leg and another leg to do the alterations).
I admit I was a little nervous ordering a dress online that I had never been able to try before. However, it came out beautifully and I couldn't have been happier. I received so many compliments on the dress - the quality of the material and decoration was much much better than what David's Bridal offered in the same price range. The dress didn't feel cheap at all, but came out to just about $300 with shipping and custom sizing. Thank you for taking the stress out of this aspect of my wedding!! :D"

I was a little peeved that FedEx and/or Simply Bridal made the package 'signature required' as I work long hours during the week and am never home to sign for package. Finally had to put a hold on the package at a FedEx store and pick it up on the weekend. Other than that, the dress appears to be just what both my sister and I wanted and very good quality for the price. "ordered dress in Jan for event in July. Gave custom measurements for dress. Received dress in March. Was not even close to measurements I provided simply bridal with. Sent back and order size 8 which with their chart showed my size. Received the first of July. Had a snag in leg area and was no way a size 8.I confirmed this with 3 local shops. I have returned dress and still waiting for full refund. Both dress came from other countrys and was not even made out of united stated. I was left very little time to find dress. Becareful."
"I LOVE my dress!!! I ordered the Elise gown & I was very pleased with my selection. I sent in custom measurements, however my dress was a few inches longer than I expected. I called customer service, explained what happened & they offered to fix it. Instead, I decided to have it altered on my own as I wanted to have the sides taken in a little & I figured I may as well have it altered all at once (I lost a little weight between the time I placed my order & received my dress). The gown was gorgeous, outside a few "workmanship" errors. These included a couple miscolored beads & a few hanging strings. These were quick fixes & still made the overall experience WELL worth the money! My dress came a little quicker than expected & I was elated to have a beautiful gown that didn't cost us a month's mortgage! Very happy!!!"
"My dress was lovely. I had a Hindu wedding with and "American" reception. I ordered a great dress that was pink rather than white - I looked bridal w/o the white. SB was great - I ordered the dress and then found out that the dress would not be ready in time for my event, they worked with me to find a dress in my size that they could send in time. The color was wonderful and the cut of the dress was perfect. I would recommend this site to any bride, just make sure you order more than 60 days in advance. "
"I was happy with the service provded by Simply Bridal. I made a mistake while placing my order but they were happy to cancel the order and give me a refund so that I could reorder. I have not yet tried on the dressas it was delivered to a relative, however the delivery was well within the time stated on the website. Would definitely order from Simply Bridal again."
