"During a point when it was difficult to find both the NAS and drives from a single vendor SimplyNAS was able to provide me with an assembled combination of the hard drives and NAS I wanted cheaper then sourcing out seperate vendors for the individual pieces. I was also enouraged with their burn in testing (NASBIT) which tested the entire configuration at their site to make sure the NAS unit and all assembled drives were all functioning, and greatly reduce the possibility of a DOA product. They were very communicative, and responsive to my requests. I was able to easily reach them via phone to check the status of my order and make changes.
