Information from Simply Electronics was very good with updates as things progressed.
No problems to report other than a bit longer to arrive than suggested. Not unreasonable bearing in mind the camera is a new model and demand is high as is the price from other suppliers!"
"I ordered some beats headphones for my sister's birthday a week and a half ago but they are yet to arrive and her birthday is today. Their website states that items will be dispatched 2-3 working days after your order but this is UNTRUE - my item was dispatched FIVE working days after I placed my order. I live in London where delivery should be quick and easy so there is no excuse for the delay. I will be requesting a refund if this item does not arrive by the end of the day and shall not be ordering with them again! "
"I just got my order. It was delivered on 05/11/2015.
But to get there, there were a series of misunderstandings and wrong informations. Through their website, it was not clear that the delivery should occur up to 10 working days after the shipment (2-3 working days). I got it 12 working days after purchase...
For most of the time I was really upset, since I got a message from the carrier saying my parcel was to be delivered on 05/01/2015, it was not true. I believe if they have told me from the beginning an expected delivery date, I would not be so upset, or if it was clearer in their website how long it would take for me to receive it.
The good side it that they were always very helpful, reassuring me that the parcel was on its way. And because of that I recognize theirs good job. It is not perfect, but my only complaint is with the delivery process.
I would gladly recommend them, but I would let everyone know that there is a long delivery time.
For SimplyElectronics, I would recommend adding more detailed information on their website about the delivery."

As they had taken £1500 of my money it was a big deal. They refunded without explanation. Ive heard they dont even exist outside of china and make their money from the premium rate customer service line."
"Liars!!!! Send me message with delivery time but the phone not arrive. I canceled the transaction but they sent it any way 3 weeks after order, and has been signed by my neighbours, so I received the phone but asian version with american plug, also the package has been open and the phone has been used before. I Don't want to deal any more with his dodgy chinese traders, and paying for return. Also the phone calls to their useless customer service and listening their liars cost me another £10

"I had no idea this company was based in Hong Kong. Their website is misleading. Their delivery promise of 2 to 3 business days is misleading. I ordered a phone which took over two weeks to arrive and when it came it was the wrong model. They sent an Asian model disguised as a European model. The box it came in was over labelled as a European model, however on inspecting the phone in detail I discovered it was actually an Asian model and not fully compatible with European 4G LTE frequencies. The fact that they are advertising and selling a Galaxy G900F and sending you a Galaxy G900I INTENTIONALLY, must be illegal. The fact that they claim they source their products globally and that they send out items that are fully compatible is simply a lie in my case."
"I ordered a Vivosmart from this company on the 7th March. I have still not received it despite them saying there are currently 6 in stock on their website.
I have emailed them on a number of occasions and have received assurances that my order is a priority and offering apologies. This morning I received yet another in answer to me that they have experienced an unexpected surge of orders and have upgraded my order yet again. How many "priority" upgrades can one make.
I am still waiting but reluctant to cancel as I don't know if I'll see my money again and at least I can live in hope :-((
This has been my worst experience of online shopping and in future I will give poor reviews much more credance. Perhaps a call to Trading Standards might help ?"
"I would not recommend to anyone using SimplyElectronics. I habe order a mobile phone from them, yes the small box witch weight 500g?!! I have tried to find out whats happening with my order after 7days.
They just kept saying somethi g about, packaging and bubbles foil. I havent bought a lcd television. I bought a phone!!!
After exchanging a few emails with them I habe not got answer to a cancellation policy or when my order will be dispatched.
I am going to pay a bit more next time but will know that I will get my goods soon.
Do not use this shop as u will just ended up disapointed waiting for something u desoeratly need and all this situation will just leave u with bitter taste."

"Where to start? Ordered a Samsung Galaxy A5 4G LTE phone, at what i thought was a bargain £249, due to the fact they are £350 in the majority of other places. Dispatch time was 2 - 3 days. Waited almost 2 weeks item was not even dispatched. When i went back to the site the title of the item had changed to Samsung Galaxy A5 A5000 Duos, which is the slightly older and lot cheaper model that you can get from most places for around £250. Emailed company, was eventually told item was dispatched on 6th March. By 11th item still not delivered. So i mailed them again. 2 hours later received an email with tracking number saying the item should be here soon. Did arrive on the 12th by DHL 24HR delivery, so the item had never been posted when they said it had. Beggars belief a "U.K." company can get away with this bull. Would never use this lying cheating site again, and would highly recommend buying from somewhere else IF you want to receive the item you actually order! "
