"Amazing Customer Service. I ordered parts two months prior and today went to use them. There was a defect. It was an inexpensive power cable which caused me to troubleshoot. I sent in the info to a "Contact Us" address and really wasn't expecting any response. After all it was an inexpensive part. Next day I get an email from David Wing @SVC apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to replace them without my asking; ending with him upgrading the item as a kicker. You just don’t see that e-retail CS reaction very often. I called to thank him … he answered the phone. It doesn’t get any better than that. I place my largest order after all this experience, why not. I will continue to do business with any company that offers great CS, SVC is one of the good guys. BTW, their pricing a nd delivery were excellant as well."

Their thermal grease and small cables are sold with shipping included ("free shipping"). So when I want something I'll just order it - no waiting to save up items to justify shipping costs. They also offer discounts on some items when you buy several.

SVC always fulfills orders within a day of my order. When they say they have something in stock, they do. They haven't yet made any mistakes. And once they honored an order that in retrospect had a mistaken price. They did not cancel the order because the price was too low.
