I looked at their other products, and I gotta say: I wish they had stuff like hard drives, processors, etc. and I would totally look here first. I literally ordered yesterday and received the package the next day (Sept 1st). In case my power supply, case fans, etc. goes south, I will definitely shop here first. 5/5

"SVC was fast to ship my thermal compound for my new computer build. SVC has great prices on thermal compound, specifically the highly-acclaimed Shin-Etsu G-751 Thermal Compound. For two 1.0g syringes the total came out to $6.00 with free shipping. Let's just say it's a good thing I ordered two of these, since one of the syringes was cracked. Luckily I did not even use half of one syringe, let alone two. The packaging could have been a lot better considering how fragile these syringes are, but I can't really blame SVC because the product got damaged on its way to my doorstep.
Update: Shortly after this review, SVC shipped two additional thermal compounds to me without me even asking them to do so. Very impressive customer service and it appears that they definitely care about their customers. I did not originally blame SVC for the damaged product, as any number of things could have happened to it as it was handled by various mail carriers, etc. SVC is a very good company that obviously values you as a customer."

I've placed many orders in the past and shipping is pretty fast and I've never had any issues warranting contacting customer service. SVC seems like a genuine company that cares about customers."
"I ordered a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 CPU cooler on 7/15 with 2-3 day USPS shipping. It arrived the next day on 7/16! Granted, I'm in San Francisco and SVC is in San Jose, but sometimes resellers just sit on an order for a day before shipping. SVC shipped on the day that I ordered, as the website promised. Packaging used crumpled butcher paper instead of styrofoam peanuts, which is great for the environment. I'm very satisfied!"

Spoke to a fellow named Wyman (or it could've been Weyman..not sure) Phone ordered the part and because I live within 100 miles of San Jose, I received it the following day.
