Got wrong order

"We got the wrong order. Due to a deadline, I asked if they could rush the shipment, otherwise I'd have to go with someone else. They said that since I didn't originally pay for rush shipment, that they oculdn't do it. I was hoping for good customer service and for them to recognize their error (by shipping someone else's signs) and gladly rush the order. They refused, so I cancelled the order. HOWEVER, they refunded everything but $20. Just called and they said it was for the stakes they sent in the wrong order!!! So you send us the wrong signs and 5 less stakes than what should have come in our order....and you're going to charge us for them?! Unreal. We just got off the phone with them and they've said that they put in a refund request, but I'll believe it when I see it. Brutal."

I will not be a return customer or recommend this company for sure!

"Our first order was about 10 days late because they were experiencing printing problems. They made it good by offering a 50% discount on our next order which worked out good since we were planning on ordering a "pending"rider to go with the original 18x24 "for sale" sign. The second order arrived on time, but they shipped the wrong product. We received an 18x24 sign instead of a rider stating "pending". I sent an email to which there was no response, so I called. They were "sorry" but insisted they sent what I ordered. Who needs an 18x24 "pending" sign???? They offered to send a rider for an extra shipping cost of $15. No thanks, I already paid $39 for shipping on this order not to mention the shipping cost on the first order. Their representative was argumentative, it was my mistake not theirs, but know I ordered a rider. "

Save your time and money!!!!!

" The shipping is a rip off. After paying the expensive shipping to get them rushed I never received my signs. I called and asked them where my signs are and told them I payed extra for the shipping and the lady said ok. Just ok . Then argued that there machines are down and its not there fault there behind. I asked for a refund. She put me on hold for 32 minutes, came back on the phone and said 15 to 20 days to get my money back. Please people do your research before using this company!!! "

DO NOT USE! Rush shipping is an estimate, not guaranteed

"Customer service was CLUELESS. The girl said things like "Ok" and "Yeah" and "where did you see that on our website?" SO FRUSTRATING. I had to practically make a court case before she gave in and spoke with a supervisor. Finally got a refund for my "rush" shipping charge ($59) and an apology re: lack of clarity on the website."

The quailty Changed

"Ive bought signs for years from yall they were always yellow with black writing. The old ones were a completly yellow sign with the black letters printed on it or however yall do it. They literally lasted years i still have some Original sugn out that look good! This last bunch i got were on a white sign with stickers on the front which fade horribly after a year they are barley readable ive had to go back and replace them while the old ones i bought from you still look good. I dont know if it was a at saving money or what theyre no good

Great online service

"I had never dealt with Signs on the Cheap before. I have always had my signs made locally and only use Signs on the Cheap because I couldn't get them on time from my local vendor. I will have to say if I need more I will be coming back. I had made a mistake in the art work when I ordered but I was easily able to change it by calling their customer service department. When the signs came in I was very happy. Colors were bright and the printing was very clear. If you're looking for good signs at a reasonable cost then you can't go wrong using these guys. "

Signs in their SLEEP!

"I should have read and listened to the previous reviews. Can't speak to the quality of their work, it hardly matters if my order does not arrive, even if I paid extra to speed delivery within the same State. Save the hassle, save getting upset and the time to follow up, Don't order disappointment, find someone else, preferably a company that is responsive, easy to reach and not asleep."

"They botched my order; it took multiple retries to fix it. Also, they sent about 15 confirmations of order shipment to my email, intended to OTHER customers. Even after I told them, they it was fixed, but they continued to send me other's confirmations.

More Than Met Expectations

"Fine quality signs - held up for a month, with very rainy weather. The company was great to work with - very responsive. When the delivery was a bit delayed, they gave an extremely generous discount and still got the signs delivered within the needed time frame. Good company, good signs, good people!"

Quality has gone way down

"We've ordered a few hundred signs from them and never had an issue with quality or customer service. Our last order came in and did not match the mock up that we approved (and the overall quality was poor in terms of their new printing process). It took about a month to resolve the issue. In the end, they resent the new signs free of charge-- which is what I was asking for-- however, the quality is still poor and I don't plan on using them ever again."

Taking a closer peep, at signs on the cheap!

"I was satisfied with the quality of the image on most of the finished signs.

I was dissatisfied with the quality of service. My order took to many days to deliver my prepaid order of signs. I even paid the higher shipping cost for fastest delivery. I ordered the signs to arrive a week earlier because I had a time sensitive message on the link printed on.
Also when my box of 100 signs arrived, it contained 30 signs that were not even my signs at all. I realized the incorrect shipment as I was trying to finish getting them placed around my city.

"1. The fact that I can't get my tax exempt status associated with my account is ridiculous! I actually have to call in half way through the online ordering process and call the 800# to finishing processing my order is very antiquated. Surely this can be fixed with a little computer programing!!

2. Disappointed in the turnaround time. I can get items 7-10 days faster from another company for almost the same price.

2 Times, Shame On Me

" I am not sure why I am even writing a review, but I feel it is necessary given that I have had the opportunity to do so. I'm not going to get into detail and write my frustrations on this review, but rather, I will just give the details. Long story short, two years in a row, signsonthecheap.com had issues sending our custom lawn signs. In 2015, we ordered 150 signs. The box with 50 signs were the correct signs, but the box with 100 signs was the wrong order. They had to track down our order and resend this in the 100 signs, after it was too late by the date we needed them by. They offered us credit of $50 for the following year if we continue to use them. This was not a lot, but given I do not have too much time, I just went along with it and figured hey at least I get something. This year, in 2016, we ordered similar signs for the same event that we have annually. The box of 50 signs came in just fine, but the box of 100 signs came in late. They actually came in extremely late and I had to deal with customer service again. Even when dealing with customer service, I felt like it was pulling teeth just to get some kind of discount again. If I mess up for a client to years in a row, I'm going to go out of my way to show the appreciation, and a transformational relationship with them. However, with this company, it was a very transactional nonpersonal approach. So, all in all, not only did they drop the ball on our order two years in a row, having the transformational relationship with customer service was just not there. I felt like I had to justify why they should give us a discount. Who knows, with the little time that I have, I will probably end up using them again, just because it's easy to use So I will give that to them. However, if I plan ahead of time, I definitely will be using another company and will just have to do a little bit of more worth figuring out how to use their uploading tools, etc."
