"Paid for expedited shipping, but got an email the DAY before that they were to be delivered, saying sorry, they had problems, and our shipment was going to be a few days late. WHAT??? Needed those signs for an open house that weekend, but they were not delivered until the following Tuesday. They did refund the shipping charge, but I would have preferred that they overnighted the shipment as it was their mistake. Product was good, just bad on shipment."
