"Awful customer service. Product arrived damaged (all 20 metal black frames that are supposed to be rust proof...we’re rusted and falling apart). Without hardware.

Wanted a refund and instead they shipped 20 more without my approval and I asked them not to. They said it was too late and they were already shipped. After I sent 2 emails telling them not to. Took 3 days for them to reply.

Now I’m stuck with 80lbs of bad frames, no refund, and needing to pay to bring these to the dump "

"Ordered a set of signs - arrived late. Immediately after the order I wanted to confirm signs had grommets - sent an Email and response was they would get back to me in a week. Original delivery date was to be just in time to celebrate nephew graduation. Two days before original delivery date I got an Email that pushed the new delivery date four days past the graduation. Inept management."

"I've ordered from them before and had a good experience. Today, I was about to place a $65 order for 20 corrugated plastic sign riders (6" x 24") until I saw they we're going to charge me $40 for standard ground shipping. This whole order can't weigh more than a pound. I ended up ordering from a local printer instead to avoid these ridiculous shipping costs. My guess is that they advertise low prices and make it back up on shipping hoping people won't notice."

"I ordered signs that arrived late, were. The signs were sufficiently packaged and not damaged on the outside, so I can only assume they were damaged when sent. I immediately took pictures and sent emails that were never returned. I have called and spent significant time over 30 minutes listening to there messages about long wait lines. THEY NEVER ANSWER. I have had no contact since they took my money and sent me damaged goods. Also after trying to reset my password many times it seems that they do not let you back into their system either. "After reading some of the other reviews of this company I fall right in line. They printed signs that were not good quality or correct colors. The customer service seemed to question the signs to which I had to take multiple pictures to prove I was telling them the truth. After they reviewed the photos they decided they met the companies policy on quality and noted that if I wanted them correct they would charge me again. ????? HOW does this company stay in business? I am going to contact the Attorney General for Texas and make a complaint via them. We will see how Signsonthecheap handles their inquiry. "

"I’ve had great luck in the past with Signs on the cheap, but something’s changed. They don’t seem to concern themselves with customer service and will not pick up the phone if something needs resolved anymore. Their email to confirm a new proof went to my junk folder and only when I realized it was 2 days past when I was supposed to receive the signs did I call and find out they weren’t even shipped yet. No offer to rush them, no apology for not picking up the phone NOTHING!! When I emailed in letting them know my disappointment all I got back was a notice of cancellation of the order. I didn’t even ask to cancel it. Find another company to do business with!!!!"

"My red and blue signs came out pink and blue. They originally blamed my artwork, now it is true to their system and printer. I pointed out the color values of the original art and they then wanted to change the color of my artwork. I've used this same piece with many different printers over the past 4 years. No customer satisfaction,no quality. "

"Do not buy from this company, especially the double sided signs. They are so cheap that when you take out into sunlight the reverse side shows through making the text not legible. I spoke with Deseray from their customer service team and she said I could have a $90 credit or reprint the designs single sided. After two weeks and no email confirmations, I called them back and spoke with Brytni, who said I could not have signs reprinted unless I paid for them. After 30 min of horrible customer service, I chose to take the $90 refund and never do business again. I will find another company who does not have such sketchy business practices. Look online and you will see that other customers have the same issue."
