"I ordered the Nikon D-40X package off Ebay. The camera is great but the extras are low quality junk. Therefore I feel it was way overpriced. The salesman on the phone was very pushy and insisted I had to have a better battery and charger because the ones that came with the camera was no good. I now question that. Another hundred bucks. So I spent $900 for a camera I should have gotten elsewhere for 650-700 $. I had prematurly given them a positive rating on Ebay, before I opened my package...my mistake! After nearly 4 wks. they still have not left feedback for me. Maybe they never do?"

The ebay transaction has listed a free 1GB CF card and Telephoto lens. Which I had to call email / call many times to have them send it to me. One of their staff said the offer was expired, (not at the time I ordered though), but was willing to ship me as a 'Courtesy' if I leave a positive feedback for them. They was willing to screw up on your order any time they get a chance and live up to their words. I have to admit other than the whole process of getting free stuff as indicated in the auction and communicating and fake promised the camera is good. But I bought camera as those offer lured me in. They are finally shipping me the free stuff but still charged me $9.90 when I was promised they won't. I would never ever deal with this store."

I order via the website paid through paypal, a week later received nothing, I called the store, talked to a sales person, and the only response I received was I’ll get an email later tonight. "I ordered this camera, (Canon 350D) from the store through eBay, but as I try to pay with Pay Pal, I was told to call a number in NY. The reason is to try to sell you a lot of stuff you don’t need or want. The high presser sales people are rude, arrogant, and even threaten. I unfortunately was “Coned” into buying the Big 5 hour battery for $70.00 more. Later I found that I could have bought it one line for $20.00. My lost, but a wiser man now.
Also, It took some 4 days After they got paid for them to shipped this stuff to me. And almost 10 days before I received it.
NOW, as for the Stuff I received in this “Kit”. The camera and the lenses were good and the price was unbeatable anywhere . As for the rest of the stuff, (like the soft bag, tripod, flash) This was just “JUNK”. No better way to say it. But even without all the junk, this was the BEST bargain I have seen in a long time. I would purchase again form this Co. and would also recommend them to my friends, BUT with a warning about the bad sales practices.
Overall, this would have been a much better experience if I could have paid with my Pay-Pal and skipped the phone call.

"The kit items included with the camera aren't great. The tripod and bag are of an extremely low quality. I would only go to them for just the branded camera and lenses. I dont know what their business model is or where their warehouse is, but my item took about a week to arrive from the day my payment was made. They do have a LOT of room for improvement.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the branded items i bought from them, but hugely disappointed with the non-branded items that came bundled as a "kit"."

"Well item as described perfect shipping no delays not nothing.

BIG ISSUE if you want to save some money. Sometimes ebay send some cupons to "X" ebayers to apply on items thar you will buy with PayPal.

They advertise they accept paypal on the ebay item page.
Paypal options isnt available at the payment. You have to call (which its good i have no complains) but they just send a paypal money request like form other reason other than auction, so if you have cupons dont think on using it with them cause it wont work.

Its some sort of cheating on my opinion but for the item it was perfect.

"This was a great deal. Customer service called and explained some additions that were very benefical. The package arrived on the date promised and I received several email as the order progressed.

"Placed an order for a Nikon D40X on Feb. 16th. Was told to call to pay for order. Was met with very high pressure sale. Declined politely and paid for it immediately using PayPal on the 17th. It was an INSTANT PayPal transaction. We had proof and verification that payment was received immediately via the transaction ID PayPal gives and our bank account.

We paid on a Sunday and waited the 2-3 business days for them to process and ship our item. Thursday we emailed to confirm shipping of our item and were told it takes 2-3 business days; a form reply. We called and were told it was on schedule and will be shipped. It never was. We called again and were told 3-4 business days. Still it had not been shipped. Incredibly irate at this point as it was well over a week and still nothing.

We demanded to speak to a supervisor. He said he would overnight it. Item FINALLY arrived on the 27th.

Completely horrible customer service, repeatedly lied to. The item was indeed as described and we are very pleased with the item. The ordeal to receive it was a huge turn off and we will certainly not be doing business with them again.

We left "neutral" feedback on ebay stating, "SLOW shipping; LIED to about ship date MANY times; Great price camera perfect!"

We were met with a reply of, "PayPal payment was delayed. We never lied, we are realistic. Enjoy the camera."

We received a phone call from the company asking us to retract our feedback and given a bribe of a free camera battery. BRIBE?? Incredibly unethical and horrible business tactic. First of all, there was NO DELAY of PayPal payment. We have proof showing that they received the payment within 2.5 hours of us having paid on the 17th of February.

We asked that they email us proof of this so called "battery" that they wanted to send us for retracting our neutral feedback. This email never came and we tested our email account several times, checked spam/junk folder, waited a couple of hours and nothing came from this company. It just goes to show that this company is incredibly unethical and will use bribe tactics and lie to get a good ratings when they most definitely do not deserve it.

Please, BUYER BEWARE!! You will be met with high pressure sales, bribe tactics for positive feedback and lied to repeatedly."
