"I ordered a dining room set in March 2022 for $4K, still no furniture, and the credit card company can't refund me because ShopFactoryDirect dragged it out with shipping excuses through June. I've left close to twenty voicemails, many emails sent to every address I could find on their site, reported to BBB, and filed a claim with the FL Attorney General. Their phones are also now disconnected... They deserve 0 stars coupled with a lifetime of pain and misery."
"I read it this company at a four because it took 7 months to receive the bedroom set and I had to take it out of the boxes because I had threshold delivery. I sent pictures of the damage boxes and of the delivery people unloading it off a truck by hand not a dolly. I sent the company photos four different times via email the last time I edited the pictures to circle the damage that they claim the photos were blurry and could not see. Everyone I show the photos to to see the damage is very clearly but the company claims they cannot see the photos they're blurry"
"We looked high and low to find two chairs that worked with our new sofa. We couldn't find anything local in the furniture stores and finally decided to give Shop Factory Direct a chance. We found immediately what we were looking for and ordered .... it did take a while for them to locate but once that was identified (location) it became a seamless process; very friendly service and the delivery process was a piece of cake! They were extremely helpful and kept us in the loop the whole time until delivered. Chairs arrived perfect (no damage) and was prettier in person than pictures reflected. We are extremely happy. We will be shopping from this company again! "

Was advise by Tina the ETA will be 3-4 weeks for item to reached my home (that didn’t happen)
Was advise product color was Black (that’s true)
Was advise product cane with all pieces

During the process we literally waited over 2 1/2 months to received the product in hand. Not acceptable especially after given the fact this was asked ahead of time before placing order.
In speaking with a couple of managers
Michelle to name one and was advise item was shipped and could not provide a firm Tracking number and neither less to say package was lost in the midst of routing to Nee Hersey warehouse - again not acceptable.
And after speaking with Bread(Finance) company and for them to mentioned they had paid Shop Factory already! When attempting to reach back out to Shop Factory to request item be Cancel and Restarted once product is located i was advise since item was shipped the item cannot be Cancel.
No customer should have to go this issue and no customer should be treated like this and no customer will purchase from Shop Factory after I post on All social media sites the concern and problems I had in trying to revived my item snd/or Cancelling and Restarting the losn until the product was located.

"Ordered from a different company the end of November with expected delivery in two to three months. After waiting three months for order we were told it would require an additional four months or more; therefore, we cancelled the order. We found table and chairs that we liked much better at shopfactorydirect. We talked with Lisa White and placed the order with expected delivery in four to six weeks. We followed up with Lisa periodically regarding the status and she was very helpful in checking the status and updating us. We received the order last week after a 7 week wait. Compared to our previous experience this was more than satisfactory. The order arrived in perfect condition with no issues. The chairs were already assembled and wrapped in plastic. We only had to assemble the pedestals for the table and attach to the table top. Overall a very positive experience and we seldom buy anything on-line, especially anything this large and expensive."

She was very responsive about updates on statutes and able to answer any questions I had. I had to make some impromptu delivery changes and company was VERY accommodating. We luckily, ended up with LISA as our online sales person and she was extremely helpful in getting the right product and giving us the information needed to decide on the type of fabric we were looking for.
